객실이 깔끔하고 조용하고 좋네요.직원들이 친절하네요. 가격대비 괜찮았는거 같습니다. 구글 맵에 골목까지 표기가 되지 않아 숙소가 골목안에 있어 길찾기가 약간 어려울수 있네요. 고양이들이 반기네요.

카오산로드 쪽에 있긴하데 걸어서 5분정도 걸리구요 좁은 골목길을 지나는길에 있습니다 청소는 따로 안해주시더라구요 벌레는 보지 못했지만 ... 너무 늦은밤에 혼자 다니기는 무서울거 같았아요 24시간 일층이 준비된 빵과 다과 음료는 좋았습니다

파쑤멘 요새 근처로 찾아가면 찾아가기 쉬울거고 골목에 있긴 하지만 전반적으로 새건물이다 보니 시설이 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 조식이 제공되는 건 확인못했지만 막상 가니 조식을 24시간 제공해줘 좋았습니다.

카오산 근처에 괜찮은 숙박집!
카오산로드 근처에서 많이 시간을 보낼 거 같아 정한 숙소입니다. 람부뜨리로드와 카오산로드가 걸어서 5~7분정도 밖에 안걸렸습니다. 나와서 땡화센 있는 쪽 사거리를 따라 쭉 걷다보면 카오산로드입니다. 카오산로드는 기대했던 것과 달리 별로 볼거리가 없어 오히려 시암쪽에 호텔을 잡을 걸 생각이 들었습니다. 하지만 카오산로드 근처에서 많은 것을 하신 다면 정말 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 가격이 싸서 기대를 많이 하진 않았는데 객실 청결도 말끔하구요. 무료 wifi 객실에서도 가능하며, 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘 나왔습니다. 조식은 신청 안해도 먹을 수 있는 주스, 물, 과일, 빵 등등이 구비되어 있었습니다. 직원 분들도 친절하시구 마지막 날에 짐도 잘 맡겨주셨습니다. 헤어드라이어기는 프론트에 얘기하면 줍니다!! 벌레나 이런 거 하나도 안나왔구요, 수압도 쎄서 씻기 불편함이 없었습니다.

Abbiamo prenotato una king ma era al 5 piano e mio marito ha un handicap così visto che non c era ascensore abbiamo chiesto un cambio e ci hanno dato una camera sporca con il frigo pieno di cose che puzzavano e formiche nel letto , nessun rimborso. È un gran caldo visto che l aria condizionata buttava sulle nostre teste … non ci hanno ridato neanche la differenza della spesa ne hanno rifatto il letto e cambiato gli asciugamani

Must be the best value for money near Khao San rd
Very nice place away from the hustle and bustle from Khao San Road. Been there four times already and would not hesitate to come back. The main lady in the reseption is a pure jewel. Just go ahead and book the top floor it is definitive worth the view. All thumbs up

Nous sommes arrivés dans une ruelle très rébarbative du coup nous avons appréhendez l hôtel et.... Très surpris dans le bon sens L accueil parfait malgré un soucis avec notre prestataire qui n avait pas fait le nécessaire Et là on a vu la gentillesse du personnel à l accueil Elle a géré et nous avons eut notre chambre qui était grande et propre Le personnel est très sympathique L emplacement de l hôtel est parfait a 5 mn à pied des quartiers animés Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Impressionnée de la qualité de ce Adamaz-house
Surprenant de trouver ce joli hôtel dans cette impasse. Bien préserver et les chambres petites mais agréables pour le prix. Personnel adorable et se donne de la peine pour vous aider ce qui devient rare à Bangkok. J'ai apprécié la collation qui reste disponible a tout miment de la journée. Seul bémol c'est que ma chambre était au 4e étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que peut-être pour une femme seule de rentrer tard dans cette minuscule ruelle peut inquiéter.

Well located basic comfort hotel. Pros: - centrally located, - run by nice and welcoming people, - free snacks and hot drinks 24*7. Cons: - basic overall comfort level, - hard beds, - tired sheets and towels, - room is pretty small and may not be the best choice for a long stay.

We stay here every year for a couple of nights when in transit through Bangkok. Doesn't get any better value than here. Spotlessly clean and still feels new. Quiet but always helpful staff. Great free breakfast and snack options always out in reception. Lovely and quiet as its tucked down an alley, but easy to walk to the action and the river.

Genel olarak sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltı dahil olmamasına rağmen girişteki büfede ücretsiz atıştırmalıklar olması iyiydi. Oteli bulmak gerçekten zor. Odalar ufak ve gürültülü. Ancak yataklar rahat. Turistik yerlere yakınlık konusunda çok iyi. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşılabilir.

Nice staff and free snacks, coffee etc throughout the day. On arrival, we were surprised at the room considering the price we had paid! Nice big bed, enough space and a balcony. But room was not cleaned in 4 days, we had ants in the room for the last 2 days and the bathroom is not very private - clouded glass door right next to the bedside. The shower was also difficult as if in its holster on the wall firmly it almost points directly up to the ceiling so had to have a handheld shower each day, or have the water just trickling. I have since read that you could ask to have your room cleaned, but we were not advised this on check-in. I think this is probably a policy that should be changed - at least a hanger for your door if you want to request it. Other than that, good value for money for budget accommodation if you are happy not to have bin emptied and sheets/towels changed during your stay. Location was perfect though - round the corner from Soi Rambuttri and plenty of 7/11s and decent street food options close by.

Decent enough given the price
Stayed here for one night on arrival to Bangkok, I stayed in the roof top suite. I arrived an hour early and my room was ready. The suite is literally one room, with the loo, shower and sink outside with limited privacy from adjacent buildings. There's a mosque very close by so expect the rather loud prayer over the tannoy multiple times a day. Overall though, it was a fine experience and a gentle introduction to Bangkok.

煩いカオサンから離れた静かな場所　ただホテルまで　人ひとり通れる細い路地を入ります　二箇所路地の入り口がありますが　見つけ難い　地元の人に聞くほうが早い　部屋はキレイ　朝食は極めて質素　２泊しました

カオサン通りからほど近く、うるさくない
カオサン通りから近い場所にあるホテルです。少し歩きますが、そのおかげでうるさくないです。 路地裏にあるので分かりにくいようですが、大通りを歩いて行くと看板があるので行きやすいかと思います。コンビニやバーも近いです。 フリーWi-Fi、セキュリティボックス、冷蔵庫、シャワー、トイレ、アメニティはソープ、トイレットペーパー、水2本。(タオルもあったかな？) すぐ冷えるエアコンも有り。小さいがベランダもある。 パンやスナック、コーヒーやオレンジジュースがタダです。バナナ、パン、ロールケーキなどがあり、ここで十分に朝ごはんが食べられます。 外でタバコも吸えます。 1泊だけの予定でしたが、快適でしたので結局2泊しました。 もう一泊いい？って少し無理やりでしたが、フロントの男の人(イケメン)が快くオーケーしてくださりました。 1日目のチェックインは21:00過ぎ、2日目のチェックインは遊びすぎて遅くなって1:00頃。それでも嫌な顔１つせず、自分の拙い英語にも笑ってくれました。 「またバンコクにきたらここに来る」と伝えるといい笑顔で答えてくれました。 ある程度の自由も効いて、暇だったらフロントでコーヒーでも飲んでゆっくりできますし、とても良いホテルだと思います。 あと路地裏なので猫ちゃんが何匹か居て可愛いです。

We stayed in the wooden structure on the roof. Not fancy but okay for the price. We did miss having a pool. The bathroom was outside and not exactly private, if anyone came up to the roof they would have been able to see you in the shower through the fence slats. (all the rooms seem to have roof access - the two rooms on the roof are in seperate locked fences) At 5 am, 8 am and times in the evening we heard the Muslim hymn being played from the mosque next door quite loudly! This woke us up most days! This is a walk up with 6th floors which wasn’t bad for us. There are numerous restaurants and other hotels/hostels/guest houses close by. Close to the pier for ferry access. Close to grand palace and other landmarks. We liked having coffee, water and little treats all day in the lobby. Wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay, 2-3 nights tops.

CLEAN MY ROOM
Nice hotel Great staff Decent rooms But for the price they should clean the rooms daily . We were told rooms are only cleaned every 2 days. 3 days went by and still no maid service. We were then told you have to ASK at reception for the maid to clean your room. Not a big problem. Just remember to ask every 2 days.

This hotel by far is the best one I stayed at in Bangkok on a budget. it's clean, modern and the staff are very nice. They have snacks at the entrance. AND no lady boys allowed , more piece of mind. i will definitely be staying there next time I visit Bangkok

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist für Bangkok sehr angenehm und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Super und sehr zu empfehlen.

Good location, unfriendly staff
The location is very good, very close to main attractions yet not on a busy street. We received the room in good and clean condition. That being said, the hotel had few major drawbacks. The receptionist told us when checking in that the room is not cleaned every day and we should ask if we wanted a cleaning. We stayed for a week and didn't have our room cleaned once. There's a big difference between not cleaned every day and NEVER cleaned. The room also lacks toilet paper, and you have to ask the receptionist for one, in that case you will get exactly one accompanied with a frown. I think that a visitor staying for a week shouldn't ask on a regular basis for basic things. In general, the staff wasn't very friendly and did not understand much English. Two other major things bothered us about the location. The hotel is located next to a mosque, and therefore some rooms face it. Prayers are heard in the middle of the night, waking you up. Moreover, the only way to reach the hotel is through a shady alley.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen in Banglamphu. In einer sehr kleinen Seitenwände, die man auch leicht übersehen kann. Es ist fußläufig nicht weit zur Khoasan Rd. und auch nicht weit zu den Bootsanlegern am Chao Phraya River.

Für einen kurzen City-Trip ist dieses Hotel vollkommen ausreichend. Mangels Komfort beim Zimmer (bezogen auf Roof-Top-Zimmer) Türen selbst nicht abschließbar, nur das "Garten-Tor". Safe ist vorhanden, aber eher in Mitnehm-Größe ;) Zimmer wurde leider in den zwei Tagen kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Alle anderen Zimmer dagegen schon...

Excellent location.
Close to rambuttri and ko San Road. Also near a mosque and the river and river taxis. The street food outside superior ! There are no elevators...that was the only downside. Employees don’t speak English very well... And the breakfast is only toast and coffee tea and snacks like packaged cookies. But who wants to eat that when Bangkok has so much to offer for healthy inexpensive breakfasts just down the road.

低価格で綺麗なホテル
カオサン通りから離れていますが、徒歩5分くらいの距離です。裏路地なので、少し分かりづらいですが、ホテルは新しいですし、シャワーの水圧も強いです。 またデポジットもなく、食パンやビスケット、コーヒーなど、軽食が無料でいつでも食べれます。 ただ、壁が少し薄いのか隣の声が聞こえてきます。それ以外気にならなけば低価格の割にコスパは良いと思います。
