Nice quiet location, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear other residents constantly. Bed far too springy and basic. Little kitchen is good. Good shower. Good value but I probably won't return unfortunately.

For the price, you can not ask for better. Beds are great. Some of the best sleep i’ve had in a long time. I stayed end of February to beginning of March and it’s like a ghost town 500 meters in every direction. But if you have a car or even a bicycle, it’s a pretty sweet deal. Thank Miguel for all your help. That said, the island is pure magic 🙏

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige und sichere Anlage. Als Alleinreisende sehr zu empfehlen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und sehr schnell durchzuführen. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die einzige Sache, die ich "bemängeln" würde ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Etwas mehr Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen und schön ruhig zumindest im Februar und sauber. Das Appartement war schön geschnitten. Leuder fehlten Pfannenwender, Eierbecher und ein Topf mehr wäre auch von Vorteil gewesen. Was echt schlecht war war das selbständige Einchecken. Hat ca. 1,5 Std. gedauert. Da lief etliches schief am Automaten. Was gestört hat waren die Hundebesitzer die morgens aus ihrem Bett gefallen sind und es gerade so bis in den Garten der Anlage geschafft haben um ihre Hunde kacken zu lassen. Da gehört ein Hundekackverbotsschild angebracht. Echt wiederlich.

Mein Aufenthalt im Januar hat mir sehr gefallen, die Anlage war zu dieser Zeit sehr ruhig und einladend. Das Apartment eignet sich außerdem sehr gut für Alleinreisende. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und entspannt, ich habe die Zuständigen als überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich empfunden. Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Aparment war super, der Self CHECK IN am Automat war sehr interessant, kein Personal, sondern nur mit Camera, und Karteneingabe. Der Apartment war sehr sauber, und alles was man braucht, Küche etc. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Unterkunft entsprach den Vorstellungen. Einzig die Sauberkeit bzw. die Reinigung der Zimmermädchen war nicht gut...es wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt...teilweise lange schwarze Haare nach Reinigung im Zimmer...

Ruhiger Bungalow...

Wir haben einen Bungalow etwas ausserhalb der Hauptanlage bekommen, der sehr ruhig gelegen war. Die Infrastruktur in der Umgebung ist sehr gut, Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Weniger gut ist es, dass die Appartements etwas ringhörig sind, die Radfahrer nebenan haben uns mit den Klickschuhen jeden Morgen den Weckdienst ersetzt.

Vi havde kun booket en suite, men der var for lidt plads så næste dag blev vi flyttet till en super lejlighed 501. det kostede lidt men ok. Selve området er dog det værste cirkus dog fandt vi dejlige steder i og omkring området. Det var kun muligt fordi vi havde bil. ferie. Vi vil aldrig tage derned i højsæsonen. Det må være forfærdeligt. Ellers god ferie.

Quiet, stylish area not far from the main resort

Quiet, low traffic area in late April yet not far from the busy main strip. The port area is a pleasant 30 min walk across the main road and around the sandy bay. Good facilities and service.at a reasonable rate. Very calm adult-only poolside was very relaxing although didn't take a dip as we were on a walking holiday with friends. A couple of niggles. Wifi did not seem to work at all in Serenity D503. The beds are single pushed together and easily move apart.

I det området vi bodde i fanns inget wi-fi fast det står att det ska finnas i hela området. Detta har påpekats flera gånger till personalen men inget sker. Vi hade även myror på rummet både i sovrummet och på toa. Vi sa till flera gånger i receptionen men det blev aldrig bättre. Bra och stora rum för oss som hade cykel med och bra med valmöjligheten att kunna laga mat i lägenheten eller äta på restaurang

This hotel provides nice stay near the centre

Our stay at Serenity by Seaclub (the Adults only part) was great. This place is almost like a small village inside the town. All buildings are 2 level houses which accommodate few rooms. There is plenty of green space between the houses. You have two shops (only one was open as we were there mid October), a gym, swimming pools - 2 for adults only where one of them is heated, there are different activities going on in the main part of the complex as well. We had good and quiet stay. The rooms were tidied up every day and towels changed every 3. There were a safe, bathrobes, slippers ad other small goodies already waiting for us in our room. This was included in the adult packages. The reception personnel were nice and not intrusive. There is 24h cover for reception. Parking spaces next to where your room is were a great addition. We do not know how it looks like in the high season, but in October you could park literally 1 min from your room. The room amenities are sufficient - only a cooker is missing. You get a hob, microwave, kettle, all cutlery and pans. We would gladly come back to this hotel.

Bueno para ir en familia sobre todo esta muy preparado para niños. Fuimos en octubre y no era agobiante. Poca variedad en el buffet. 95% alemanes, holandeses e ingleses. Lo peor es que nos dieron la habitacion un poco lejos. Algunos detalles poco cuidados como no limpiar polvo debajo de las camas, la ducha oxidada y negra, si quieres una habitacion mejor hay que pagar un extra. Nos cobraron tasas a 2.20 en lugar de 1.65 como el resto sin decir que veniamos 2 personas en media pension e insistian en que solo era 1 persona. Tuvimos que llamar a hoteles.com que encima nos cobraron mas. Total un desastre. Lo bueno el entorno, el pueblo, las playas y el servicio de los camareros, las piscinas...

Hôtel sympa

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine mi octobre dans une chambre « studio » au serenity. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne tres sympa. Au calme, par contre un point négatif pas de piscine ouverte dans le côté du serenity seaclub (il y en a pourtant 2..) sûrement dû à la date de notre voyage cela n’etait pas précisé lors de la réservation. Il est possible d’avoir accès aux piscines du seaclub resort mais du coup il y a beaucoup de monde et d’enfants.. En général un hôtel plutôt confortable avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, environ 5 min en voiture pour être sur le Port d’Alcúdia.

Super schöne Hotelanlage

Wir waren 6Nächte. Es ist eine tolle Anlage, leckeres Essen, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alcudia und Umgrbung, wunderschön. Die Unterkünfte sind verschieden aufgeteilt und verteilt. Trotz Nebensaison warves noch gut besucht, aber nicht voll. Mit 6 Pools, kann einem die Entscheidung schon mal schwer fallen :)...im ganzen einfach zu empfehlen.

Lovely complex

Beautiful complex well laid out. Our adults only section was well away from the noise and bustle of the family part of the complex. Rooms were modern and had kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Power shower was amazing. Plenty of beds and umbrellas around the pool and garden areas.

Not why it says online

It isn't an adults only hotel, not the peaceful relaxing experience as advertised. Part of a larger hotel with lots of children and activities. room decor wasn't as nice as the pictures, beds were uncomfy and for days with bad weather the tv was no good. Staff were always busy, have to wait ages to ask a simple question and it seems to take forever to check in with an old school paper based highlighting system.

Schön, aber kein Erwachsenenhotel

Sehr große Anlage für Familien. Kleiner Bereich für "Nur Erwachsene" plus ein kleiner Pool. Essen früh und abends immer mit Kindern und Babies und ab 20:00 Uhr mit Minidisco! Sauberkeit mittelmäßig, Essen und Service gut.

Große Hotelanlage mit mehreren Pools

Große Hotelanlage mit vielen verschiedenen Bereichen (mehrere Pools, Bars, Kinderunterhaltung, Erwachsenenbereich). Zimmer Ok, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, merkt man vor allem im Badezimmer. Hotel ist ein Stück vom Strand entfernt. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fus. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, aber leider nur das typische Touri-Zeug. Eine nette bar in der Nähe ist das NewInn. Günstige, leckere Cocktails und jeden Abend Live Musik. Super! Es gibt auch einen Bäcker in der Nähe. Dort gibt es leckere Croissants u.v.m. (für Selbstverpflegung, wie wir es gemacht haben).

Pleasant visit

Overall very good. We´re able to change room upstairs where there´s more privacy. Downstairs apartment had a smell of mold, upstairs was fine.
