When we arrived at the hotel we were immediately handed the sales brochures for the spa and hamam. Before we even checked in. But we were so tired that we just wanted to sleep. The person who met us asked us ugly questions. I am Turkish and my husband is Czech. "Are you married? But how come? But you are muslim right?"like those questions. At the last time when we made a check in, that person said something like this. "Family name is same that means you really married". That's a very ugly approach. He asked us everything down to what we do for a living. Moreover, the address of the hotel is wrong on maps.me, mapy.cz, Google maps and Expedia.

I stayed at Dar Pamella 25-27 February. The place is a little tricky to find but I used Google maps, walked down an alley between 2 stalls and then followed the alley to the left and found it. It is right in the middle of everything, the staff are all extremely helpful and can't do enough to help you. It is a little basic but that is what gives it a traditional Moroccan feel. Breakfast was very nice and served on the rooftop terrace. I would definitely recommend it.

Ik had problemen met parkeren bij aankomst. Abdel heeft ons goed geholpen. Top medewerker die in mijn ogen het gezicht is van deze top riad. Hij heeft het helemaal goed gemaak!

Good value for money in city centrr
Excellent Service from Mona was the highlight of the stay. Mona, Abdul shakoor and Zakria were all very courteous and provided excellent service. Room was decent size. Bathroom was clean. I would have preferred a Kettle in the room. Bedding was comfortable.

I had problems on the first day where one of the workers let the previous guests use the bathroom that was in the room I booked. Language barrier was awful. The first host could not speak a word of English and there was a boy who tried to help her. The same boy that literally showed us the door and he was asking for money. He stalked us for a few days for money. There was no hot water, which was resolved later in the evening. 2 hosts Muna and Abde were very nice. Abde spoke good English. With the rest I tried to use Google translate. The room in itself was nice but the lighting could’ve been better, it was very dark. Breakfast was the same every day so was a bit disappointed. It was an experience, but will not go back.

Mouna et Abdou nous ont accueilli digne d’un 5*. Ils ont été bienveillant, ont répondu à toutes nos demandes (repas du soir non prévu au riad, Mouna n’a pas hésité à nous faire un Menu très copieux entrée plat dessert en très peu de temps) D’entrée de jeu, l’accès au riad peut faire peur (ruel sombre) mais les commerçants juste à côté et le personnel du riad nous ont rassuré : c’est effectivement très safe et Abdou a toujours été là pour nous (4 jeunes filles) Le petit dej est excellent, tout est fait maison, jus frais et très copieux. Les chambres sont très belles et propres. Je recommande vraiment ce riad qui est très bien placé (a quelques pas de la place) mais à l’abri du bruit (très reposant)

Had a lovely time at Dar Pamella. Friendy staff, good breakfast. Bed was a little hard. But all in all a wonderful stay.

Supermysig riad mitt i medinan!
Våt vistelse på Dar Pamella i Marrakesh var helt underbart! En supermysig riad mitt i Medinan nära till allt du kan tänkas vilja se under din vistelse. Rummet var jättefint och vi älskade att äta vår frukost på den trevliga takterrassen. Personalen är över förväntan och hjälper till med allt man behöver (och lite till!). Frukosten var också väldigt smarrig och det var kul att få testa på några marockanska klassiker :D

Great beautiful Riad with massage and great breakf
Great place to stay! Beautiful Riad with a rooftop terrace. The breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful. After 2 weeks of traveling we had a lot of dirty laundry and they helped us within a heartbeat to wash some clean for us. We got it back clean and folded. They also had alot of things to book through them. We booked a great 1hr massage for 300dirham each in the Riad and they had a room for it. AC in the room was great and they cleaned the room beautifully everyday. Would definitely recommend. Close to the Jemaa el fnaa square and was a bit tough to find but when we had found it it was really easy to find again.

Riad idéal pour budget résonnable.
Très bon accueil,même si nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu. Propreté irréprochable Nuit au calme ,improbable vu l'emplacement du riad a 5' a pied de la grande place!!!! Et très bonne adresse pour un vrai hammam !!! Certains d'y retourner.

Le personnel est charmant et disponible. La dame qui s'occupe des chambres et le monsieur qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner sont absolument adorables. Ils sont souriants et très atrentionés. Organisation de transport, excursions.

Would stay again.
I had a really nice time here. Sharif was really welcoming and his service was excellent. Made me feel like I was right at home. The food was good and the terrace was also lovely. Only set back I would have would be the bed as it was slightly firm but that’s all down to personal preferences. Overall - 4.8/5

Staff were very kind and helpful. The place is at the heart of the Medina, conveniently located. I would encourage visitors to ask the Riad to pick you up at the Jemaa el-Fnaa square - we got lost close to the Riad as you need to walk through a couple small alleys to get there.

The property and staff are great. We also ate at Dar Pamella twice. Lovely home cooked Moroccan food very reasonably priced. It’s not the easiest place to find, don’t rely on google maps but once found, it’s centrally located to see all the delights of Marrakesh. Enjoy.

The stay was comfortable however the hospitality of the host Sharful islam was outstanding. He along with his female workers looked after us very well. I was served freshly made breakfast in my room at my convenient time. The Property is located inside the old Madina and would have been difficult to reach on our own. House keeping was diligently done everyday. However,I feel that the room should have bright lights and windows must have grills to make you feel safe.

L'établissement n est pas conforme aux photos du site. La terrasse n a aucune vu sur l exterieur, et il n y a pas les salon et tapis et autres décors qui sont en photos sur l annonce du site hotels.com sur la terrasse. Attention adresse difficile a trouvé, pas de numéro ou indication dans la rue. Par contre l acceuil à notre arrivés a été super, avec un thé de bienvenue et un trés bon petit déjeuner.

Alojamiento perfecto, limpieza, ubicación… El personal no puede ser mejor! La entrada al alojamiento puede dar un poco de mala sensación porque es en un callejón , pero no hay ningún tipo de problema, puedes acceder perfectamente

Un riad intime à recommander
Un petit RIAD intime de 5 chambres . Très bon emplacement à 5 min de la place - secteur commerçant mais riad au calme au bout d'une ruelle. Un grand merci aux deux dames de service pour leur gentillesse et le service impeccable. Une belle adresse.

Finding the place was not easy and trying to comminicate to find it made me upset. Someone from the riad finally agreed to meet up and show us where it was after walking for about an hour. When we got in they apologized and greeted us with water and tea. We we shown to out room but even though it was pretty it was not what i purchased. They contacted the owner to fix it but it was going to take awhile. We decided to explore. They called hours later so we can take our luggage to thw new room. The new room was very pretty. Ormkmg was better with a wonderful breakfast the the terrancw

Accueil très chaleureux, tout le personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Prix très abordables (13 euros un repas complet avec salade marocaine, tajine et fruits).Mounia la cuisinière est formidable. Sofian et Abdallah son présent de jour comme de nuit pour vous rendre service. Si vous voulez vivre une expérience marocaine en plein cœur de saouk et de la medina, foncez.

E' certamente uno dei migliori riad, non solo in termini di pulizia, che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo. A due passi dalla piazza centrale. Il personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Veramente sempre molto attenti alle nostre necessità. Bravi!!

La persona encargada de recibirte no habla ni inglés ni español,y es muy rudo nosotros llegamos a la media noche y apenas llegamos aunque el ríad estaba pago nos cobro la tasa de 2,5 euros por persona en ese momento.

Typisches Altstadthaus mit Belüftung durch den offenen Innenhof. Schön. Guter Zustand. Sauber. Angenehmer Gastgeber. Frühstück gut, aber nicht für Diabetiker.
