The room looked nice and spacious, but the kitchenette was messy. Pots and pans left out to dry on the stove. Dishwasher was full when we arrived. Cabinet doors were all loose and need to be tighten badly. The rest of the room was left in a decent shape, i wouldnt say it was at marriotts standards.... it had finger prints and smugs on the tv, the floor had some sticky areas. Aside from all that we did enjoy our stay. Ethan was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is attentive. The surrounding area is great for walks. The pool and grounds are well maintained. This is my go to spot any time I am in the Houston area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here recently. Our room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. We loved the fact that there are walking trails all around the hotel. It’s in a safe and quiet area with the restaurants and grocery close by. It was convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable family stay

This is our 2nd time staying here while in Spring. My family and I enjoy staying here because it is spacious, comfortable and my kids love the kitchenette. They like that we can cook or warm up food and eat on a kitchen table. They also have a good breakfast with hot and cold food items. We utilized the workout room as well. It is close to restaurants, shopping and walking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, 2bed suite is spacious, loved the mini kitchen and dining table with every utensil needed, full sized fridge. Incidental fee VERY affordable, free parking and breakfast!
