The one thing is that cleaning, bed making, towels and more are done every other day, but we just got one day done, rather than two

Location is great. Near major highways and close to shopping. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast only until 9 on weekdays and the food quality is average at best. Competitive pricing. Would stay there again.

Reservation cancelled for unknown reason.
We arrived late at night and found out our reservation had been cancelled. The hotel and hotels.com could not explain why. The hotel was full so we had nowhere to stay. If not for the kindness of the individual at the desk, who called around and found us a room at a much lower grade hotel, this rating would be a hard zero.

A room with NO view
The room was nice bed comfortable shower pressure was horrible took forever to rinse my hair.Arrived late night didn’t take time to look out windows until morning only to find absolutely nothing but walls & air conditioning units I understand to some degree some rooms with poor views but 100% no view was a disappointment a discounted rate would compensate the view! water pressure really needs to be fixed!!

Upon arriving noticed ac was not working, called front desk to see if we could get a different room and was told there was no more rooms available. We ended checking in a different hotel.

Not satisfied at all
The first night that we were there the rooms AC didn’t work they couldn’t move me into another room until the next day. It was over 100° in the room. I had to buy two fans to try to make it somewhat tolerable which it wasn’t. My card was charged three times which the hotel said they would fix and it still hasn’t been fixed yet. They charged me for my service dog they charged me for Fees taxes which would’ve actually been paid for by my affirm account so they double taxed me. I’m still waiting for my money to come back. I am so very disappointed. My service dog was very uncomfortable and panting the whole night. It was the most uncomfortable night ever.

Ac down rooms not cool to sleep comfortable
I think the rooms were well kept clean, the beds ok. Problem was the Ac was down in the lobby, so the hotel was too warm. I was told the Ac was on in the rooms, which was not cool at all. The rooms were over warm.

We stayed for one evening. It was nice to arrive after a very long drive and be greeted by Josh. He was fantastic. Our room was perfect and it was nice to relax in.

Bad experience
It was a bad experience. We were given a handicap room. It seemed like the room was not cleaned for days and the carpet was sticky. The room had some smell. Toilet flush was not working had to call the maintenance. I am so surprised how Hilton puts their name on such properties. Hilton needs to maintain their standards. I was planning to extend my stay but I checked out in two nights. I booked Marriott.

The room was not what we paid for we had paid for a king suit and go a double suit cause they ran out of king suites. Half of the outlets didnt work. Remote didnt work.

Great for the value
The Location is a great medium point,1 hour to most major places. No Toll if you come I-95 The Hotel is clearly in the process of remodeled. It looks great, just the little finishing touches, such as repainting the tub and calking. The receptionist Joshua was very welcoming and delightful. He also has a little surprise welcome gift when we arrived.

Front Desk, specifically Josh was very helpful. Firstly we arrive shortly after 3p.m. (our check in time) and our room was not ready. We waited for about 30 mins and were informed it was still not ready. We ended up leaving to eat, since we had been traveling most of the day. And we were traveling with two small children. The pool is listed as an amenity, however, upon arrival we were informed there was no pool because of construction. This was not updated on their website. We finally get into our room hoping to shower after a long day, and there was no cold water in the master bathroom or the kitchen. The water was so hot it was painfully uncomfortable to use. The water in the second bedroom would only get lukewarm. The room had a very strong chemical smell. It smelled like glue or adhesive. It was nauseating. The only good thing about our stay was the front desk, and their customer service skills. I would not recommend this place nor would be want to stay here again.
