Cam that check us in did an amazing job, he also said if our room wasn’t up to standard for us to we had please let him know he would help us out or move us to another room if there was an issue. The hotel is old but it was clean and the bedding was nice and clean.

Our stay at the Super 8 in Rexburg was okay overall. The room was decent for a short visit, but there were a few details that could use some improvement the sink was missing a few parts, and the chair was quite worn and peeled. It wasn’t a terrible stay by any means, but it also wasn’t the most comfortable or well-maintained place I’ve stayed at. The staff was polite, and the location was convenient, but overall I’d say it was slightly below average for the price.

Nice but choose a upstairs room

The beds were great, plenty of room but next time get an upstairs room. We had a downstairs room and we could hear every sound upstairs starting at 6am

At check in we were not told you have to request house keeping first thing each morning. We were frustrated that the 1 tiny garbage can in the entire room was overflowing and they never came to dump it or bring more towels. The bathroom counter was so small there was not room to keep any toiletries there. The freezer was not cold enough (no temperature adjustments). So our ice cream melted. Bed was fine but pillows were really old and worn out. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking. Easy street access.
