공간은 넉넉하지만 시설이 낡았네요
공간은 매우 넉넉했지만 그 공간에 침대, 소파, 식탁 외에는 다른 가구가 없고, 옷장 등도 부족한 편입니다. 화장실 청결상태가 나쁘지는 않지만, 시설이 낡고 오래돼서 깨끗해보이지는 않습니다. 밤의 난방이 충분하지 않고, 창의 잠금 장치가 망가져서 베란다 쪽 보안이 좋지 않습니다. 교통이 편하고, 출입을 지문 등록 후 하게 되어 있어 편리하지만 지문 등록 상태가 안되는 경우가 있어서 불편하기도 합니다. 청소를 요구해야 청소만 해주고 타월을 갈아주지만 침구 정리는 해주지 않습니다. 욕실에는 액상 비누만 있습니다. 문이 아직도 열쇠로 되어 있어서 갖고 다니기 불편합니다. 주변 버스 정류장 등 교통이 편하고 팔레르모 중심가에 접근이 편리하여 좋은 식당 등 접근성은 좋지만, 도심 주요 관광지까지는 버스로 30분 정도 거리가 있고 가까이 지하철은 없습니다.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia con nosotros, la señora "perdió" y/o gasto el dinero y hecha la culpa al personal que desde que ingresaron al apartamento no entraron ni a hacerle la limpieza la señora solo quería tener a quien echarle la culpa de lo que ella uso y sobre las cámaras en ningún momento se las negamos se lo mostramos inclusive pero seguía con que se lo robaron, es una pena que aun existan malas personas que ponen en riesgo el trabajo de otras. Check in is real hard as you have to find someone to let you in. The fingerprint setup for the main door needs to be renewwd each day qnd mostly you need to remind them to do it.

Literally, this place is awful. Upon entering the property, the building was plain, had no personality and just felt like a vacant room in an office building. After some time I realized it was not the room that I was paying for through Expedia, so I went to ask for a different room. the owner was a woman who was very rude and aggressive. She showed me another room that was actually the room I paid for on Expedia, and then decided that she wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars for the room, because Expedia didn’t pay her enough. (she had the audacity to show me the invoice from Expedia which is so unprofessional) and not my problem. After arguing with her for about an hour I decided to skip this place altogether. I’m not staying here. I dropped her key off and got another hotel that was much nicer and cheaper even, hotel Rendez Vous. This woman that runs this apartment is awful. This place is awful. Do not stay here. I have been traveling over 30 years visited over 30 countries and I have never been treated with such a blatant disregard from my patronage. If u are visiting buenos aires for its life and art and magic, this place is not the vibe

Por favor no elijan este lugar es sucio, no limpian, la gente es grosera, le pedi a la camarera que limpiara nuestro cuarto y me dijo que si no me gustaba que por que reservaba en este hotel. No sacan la basura.

Buenos días gracias por hospedarse con nosotros, Nosotros entregamos nuestra unidad en perfectas condiciones, el día del check out solicito el cambio de sabanas y que le realizaran la limpieza ya que se quedaba un día mas pero el día anterior los encargados de limpieza ya les habían hecho la habitación la cual se hace día de por medio con el cambio de toallas y aseo de la habitación, usted exigía que por ser socio gold debía tener preferencias por que utiliza seguido la plataforma y que por eso debíamos hacerle el apartamento como fue entregado al ingreso y no es así nosotros no somos un hotel donde se les cambian las sabanas todos los días, Estuve presente en el momento en la que la persona que les falto el respeto al personal fue usted al ver que no les cambio las sabanas diciéndoles que eran unos incompetentes que no sabían limpiar y mas cosas desagradables en ningún momento les dicen que elija otro lugar ni nada parecido incluso trataron de complacerla cambiándole las toallas y no hubo caso alguno. Esperamos que tenga un buen retorno a su hogar .

L'appartement était absolument sublime. Très spacieux, joliment décoré et aménagé. Beaucoup de fenêtres pour de très belles vues sur la ville. Mais c'est incroyablement bruyant. Très très mal insonorisé, autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Traînez vos bouchons d'oreilles pour être capable de dormir.

I'd never stayed in Palermo Soho or had a full condo for a sense of what actually living in a City would be like. A unique experience, and a great idea! Fewer speaking English than La Rambla, I took a hand-held ($120) Translator from Amazon, worked perfectly everywhere without a wi-fi connection, both oral translation and on screen! Absolutely required unless you speak fluent Spanish. Staff is wonderful, solved any issues immediately (early/late checkin/out), help me with currency exchange, security includes a massive front door opened with your thumbprint. It's a residence, not a hotel, except for a cleaning crew and fresh sheets daily. Now: it's on a major street. Bring the little foam earplugs airlines hand out, you may need them for early naps/sleeping. Tile floors=bedroom slippers. Like most places outside the US, no washcloths, stick one in your luggage. Rooms vary, I had a Deluxe. I've traveled extensively for 50 years, this is at the top of feeling at home. Staff unobtrusive, but they're there 24 hours!

El hotel muy bien ubicado y en buenas condiciones edilicias, habitación cómoda. Pero la atención pésima, y te estafan con el pago. Yo reservé con la opción que ofrece Hoteles.com de pagar en moneda local en el propio alojamiento. Pues el hotel me obligó a pagar en dólares de manera contraria a lo que establece la ley Argentina. La ubicacion es perfecta para disfrutar de Soho pero la calidad de descanso es nula. Ruido de autos toda la noche ademas de ruido de las otras unidades, 6 am el servicio de limpieza comenzo a limpiar la unida arriba nuestro y no pudimos descansar mas. El Microonda tenia migas de pan y sucio

Nice place for a short visit (with some caveats)
The staff was very kind and helpful. My chief complaint is with the room itself. There was a terrible leak in the bathroom when I first checked in. They cleaned it up pretty quickly but for the rest of my stay I was unable to get the hot water to work, specifically in the bathroom. I have stayed at many hotels in many countries but I have never not been able to take a hot shower until now. Finally, if you are going to stay here you should know the staff speaks spanish, if you are expecting them to speak to you in english you are gonna have some issues communicating

Finger print entry and exit. The property was advertised as 2 bedrooms however was in fact 1 bedroom and the lounge turned into a bedroom to make second room. In our apartment the windows on the doors had big cracks on them. The water pressure was hot and powerful although limited as have own boilers in the room. Room Door is key entry to lock door (in and outside the room you must lock yourself it doesn’t auto lock). Bed was comfortable, good powerful air conditioning. Great location for cafes etc

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location with lots of choices for shopping and dining easily within walking distance. Common areas of building were very clean and entry was secure. On-site manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

Los cuales cuentan con cocina totalmente equipada con bandeja de cortecia en la cual le brindamos Cafe, Te, Edulcorante,Azucar,Agua y Cookies, Contamos con cambio de Sabanas, Amenities, Limpieza de habitaciones durante su estadia, Hermosa vista. Estamos equipados como un hotel y tenemos nuestra oficina en el mismo edificio, y Tenemos un Staff capacitado para todo lo que se necesite. Saludos

Me gustó la ubicación del lugar. No me gustó que el baño se moje todo cada vez que uno se duchaba y que no cuente con ventilación hacia el exterior. Y lo más preocupante fue que un aire acondicionado directamente no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Se sufrió el calor y bastante.
