Everything was 10 out of 10 at this hotel! I will be looking for other Best Westerns when I travel now. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, loved the yogurt parfait station and coffee/cappuccino machine. And they helped me get my second night canceled. Amazing service!

When we arrived to our room, it looked very nice. However, we did have a sticky situation...there was syrup on several areas of the carpet. We put towels over those spots and notified the front desk. They were very apologetic and promised to do a deep clean on the carpet the next day. They were good to their word. When we returned after our day of adventure, the carpet was clean. No more sticky syrup. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had good breakfast choices.
