The hotel well maintained and clean. I have stayed here before. My review is based on being locked out of the hotel at night until 6am that they ope . I did my check in dripped my bags and left. When I came back, the gate was closed. I called several times no answer. Stood there for 20minues waiting for the guy or person who is supposed to be there over night to allow guest in and the person never arrived. I stayed in my car until 6am that the gate opened again. As mentioned, I had stayed there once before and was told there is always a person available overnight to allow guest in. This was not the case this time. Walls are thin, and got a room mear the stairs and next to a room where kids were staying. Music was playing, and people talking at night. The rooms in the outer part are best, as there is barely any noice. During this stay, I was given a room in the “main” building and was not the best due to what was previously mentioned.

La atención de los trabajadores es buena, sus instalaciones son limpias, lo único malo es que no tienen servicio a la habitación y los horarios del restaurante están restringidos por lo que no se puede consumir a libre demanda

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, estan bien cuidadas . El personal atentó, la alberca estaba climatizada lo vual es muy bueno para quien llevamos niños. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, no habia muchos ruidos molestos en la noche, mas que un par de carros que pasaban por ahi. La limpieza puede mejorar, sobre todo en el baño, asi como en sus cortinas ya que tenian mucho polvo el cual se soltaba cada vez que abres las ventanas. El restauran no muestra los precios lo cual no me parece correcto, el consumo dentro del restaurante del hotel me pareció elevado ya que por un desayuno (enfrijoladas, cafe, jugo) de un adulto y un niño fueron mas de $500. Recomiendo que salgan a los alrededores ya que hay varios restaurantes con desayunos mas completos y con mayor variedad por un precio mas razonable.

Disappointing, not enough value for the price
We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming pool area that need maintenance, like a ping pong table and the edges of the pool that need cleaning. The music while in the pool area was terrible and noisy. Only good things are the location (which is very close to the water park) and the rooms which are reasonably clean.

Lugar tranquilo. A la llegada la atencion no es tan buena. Por el costo hay lugares un poco mas comodos. La cama dura, no puedes abrir ventanas poruqe no tienen mosquiteros y no tiene aire acondicionado. Las bebidas en bar regulares.
