Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry to hear that you felt unsafe but If you had asked the desk clerk about the area and surrounding, he could have explained that this is one of the safest area near St. Louis. Being away from the city, We have almost zero crime rate in the county. Our guests stay with us on regular bases because its away from city and they can enjoy the peaceful country side. Thank you.
