Good afternoon, I am surprised to read this comment : all the staff is present (check-in and check out) to carry your luggage in this old building where the law doesn't allow us to install any elevator. Same thing for the pedestrian street : you just need to press a button to drop your luggage in front of the hotel. We explain it in the email we send you before your arrival. Why did not you read it ? Regarding the smell, indeed it has been solved the same day. To conclude I do not understand how can you give only 3/5 and write all these things while you propably knew that these "issues" came from you and not the hotel...
