The staff was very nice and responsive when we asked for something. The breakfast room was large and modernized with a continental breakfast with carb only options. Our room was mostly clean if you didn't look too close but some things were broken and in need of updating. If you need a budget friendly motel, this is a good option.

I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have carpet, the room could have been cleaned better, and use a paint job, the room door was an outdoor commercial door with a questionable locking mechanism that if someone wanted to they could kick the door in very easily. The thing I did like was the heat worked great and the water in the shower was hot when you needed it

Fun hotel convenient to casino

Always like staying there. Does need updated. Black Jax bar is always a must. Good food and great staff.

The hotel was actually a motel. Dirty , many repairs needed. Location is easy to get to from the highway and a convenient distance from casion.

This property needs a major reno. The door didn’t open or close properly, switches were outdated. Bed was very hard and even though it was a smoking room it smelled terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

We had a convenient first floor for a very good price. Our door was extremely difficult to lock taking 5 tries or more. The floor in our room was very dirty. The staff were polite and courteous and helpful but the property is dated. We would not stay here again. We heard some noise but no more than the usual for a hotel and it didn’t disturb us.

The rooms are ok, need to do better at cleaning them, we had used bars of soap left in our bathroom and the vents were covered in dust. Beds were comfortable, the staff was limited. When we went to the desk for anything we had to wait quite a while for somebody to get there. The best part is the bar/restaurant very good food and service! Will stay there again because of that.

Staff was really helpful. The first room was so bad that they moved us to a second room. The whole place is just rundown though, but you also get what you pay for it and cheap hotel. * if you’re looking for a real breakfast, this might not be your favorite place to go. They had waffles, toast, and bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

Worse place ever BEWARE. Unsafe unclean

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The person checking in.was out on a break with a sign at the check-in desk when he finally did come rude and and not helpful at all. The room was way in the back. There was a lot of vagrants hanging around. The room was dirty the door looked like it was kicked in. Lock wad broke. bathroom was dirty tib did not drain during the shower. The only positive thing was the bed. It was comfortable. The air did not work. The pictures on line are from 20 years ago. Fake advertisement. The breakfast was a joke. No juice. The hallways trashed. And of course when checking out hmmm the same sign will be back soon.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was however a bag of ice left in our freezer from the previous people and the door to our room looked like someone took a hammer to it where it was supposed to close.We had to really push it hard for it too close.

The bed was comfy. However, I'm sure you already know the place is in need of a serious makeover. The pool being 'out of order' for the rest of the summer isn't helping.

The front desk person was great. We were put in a room that the lock was broken off and clearly the door had been kicked in. All other local hotels were booked we requested a new room front desk was great and gave us a new room. However I would definitely not recommend this for family very scary area not up keep at all. The restaurant was great however, they’re not associated with the hotel just in the motel

Monday was worse, no bread, no waffle mix and still stale cereal, no hot water for instant oatmeal or hot chocolate. Very disappointed!

Room was pretty clean. TV remote was missing. Other hotel guests had lawn chairs on the walkways, playing loud boom boxes. Blocking the public walkway. Seems like they were long term guests but no reason to gather in groups playing music so loud it can be heard across the hotel. Seemed unsafe in this area. The pictures of this place are very misleading. The lobby personnel were friendly during check in.

The cleanliness of the facility was abysmal....dirty floors in room, lobby, dining area, front doors with fingerprints. Flies n ants in room. Lack of food (waffle mix, syrup and coffee)...staff stating that wasn't their job to correct. Room in need of painting, new mattress and bathroom maintenance (tub grout/mold).

Disappointing compared to recent stays @same chain

Not Quality Inn quality. Apologetic about issues in room like toilet seat not attached & no real hot water in sink or shower. The drain stops were just sitting up in the shower. The curtain looked clean. Breakfast was lacking without eggs or hot cereal or any breakfast meats like bacon or sausage. These were available @ last 2 hotels in the same chain when staying just 2 weeks ago. There were a few breads and bagels, 2 flavors of yogurt, frosted flakes, raisin bran, and fruit loops with milk. There we're materials to prepare waffles, but no pastries or muffins, biscuits, or donuts. 1 toaster with 2 slots made slow preparations when a family or 4 would come to eat with other couples. The lobby was neat and clean. I could see the Woodford were just done and carpet vac going during breakfast. The hotel room 102 was bare with no decor other than a wall mirror. The room is in rough shape. You can see that it's been updated by the various painting and patching but it appears run down, shabby, in need of a real overhaul. The A/C appears newer and there is still wrap on the cord, but there's a lot of dust and debris under it, including a gel air freshener. Though it's non smoking, when walking in the room, it smells like it was a smoking room in the past and the sign was just hung saying no smoking. It's almost like room 102 was rented weekly to a laborer who recently finished a job& the room wasn't really fixed up since that departure. Staff helpful& kind.
