1점도 아깝습니다.
결론적으로는 이 호텔에서 투숙을 못했어요. 간판두 없구, 오후 7시까지 체크인이라는 바우처의 내용과는 달리, 정확히 오후 6시 10분에 도착했음에두, 체크인 시간에 늦었으니 방을 줄 수 없답니다. 바우처에 늦더라도 예약된 객실은 보장된다는 말과는 다르게, 리셉션에서 인도계인지 아랍계인지 청년이 자기는 모르겠고 결제한 금액+90유로 더 내면 자기가 아는 호텔에 투숙할 수 있게 해준답니다. 영사관에 전화해보니, 이런 적이 처음이 아니라네요, 게다가 우리가 다른 숙소 알아보느라 그 앞에 서 있으니 나와서 한다는 얘기가 30유로 더 내면 다른 호텔 소개 시켜줄테니 거기로 가랍니다. 미쳤나요? 뭘 믿고ㅡㅡ 더 웃기는건 우리보다 훨씬 늦게 온 쭝국 관광객한테는 방을 내어 주었다는 것. 절대 예약하지 마쉐여

I was there just for a couple of hours then it was ok, but I can't imagine more hours there the room was extremely small, the bathroom too awful, I didn't try the bed but the cover was dirty, I booked because I needed it just for a while but honestly I wouldn't book it again.

So unerwartet wie zusätzliche Zahlungen war die Unfreundlichkeit des Service
Das Zimmer lies wirklich an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Für den zuerst angegebenen Preis hätten wir damit noch leben können, aber wir mussten für Strom, Handtücher und sonstiges einen Aufpreis zahlen der uns am Ende den doppelten Preis abverlangt hat. Eine absolute Frechheit bei ausgesprochen unfreundlichem Service obendrein. Nicht zu vergessen, kein Klopapier, nur 2 anstatt 4 bezahlten Handtücher und keine Reinigung für die wir extra bezahlt hatten. Never again!

Bad service and horrible personal
If you are looking for a hotel in Milano don't go to Milano Vintage. We booked a double room but the personal of the hotel give us a room in an old crippy house in front of the hotel. Moreover, we had to pay extra for the cleaning service, towels and bed sheets but they never cleaned our room. The WC was dirty and also the kitchen utensils.

Meine ärgerlichen Erfahrungen in dieser Absteige: - Personalausweis wurde über Nacht einbehalten - Vorher nicht bekannte Zusatzkosten (für Handtuch und Zimmervorbereitung?) musste ich zahlen, sonst hätte man mir den Schlüssel nicht ausgehändigt - Da ich als Einzelperson ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte, musste ich alle Zusatzkosten in doppelter Höhe zahlen...auch die Tourismusabgabe, obwohl ich dort definitiv alleine geschlafen habe - alle Kosten mussten sofort bei Check-in bezahlt werden - eine Rechnung/Quittung wurde mir auch nach mehrmaligen nachfragen (Check-in, Check-out) verweigert - da ich erst um 19 Uhr kam, wurde ich noch für meine späte Anreise unhöflich angemacht (obwohl bereits vorher per Kreditkarte bezahlt ) Was soll man davon halten? Niedriger Preis für eine abenteuerliche Behandlung, die man so in Westeuropa selten erlebt.. FINGER WEG!!!

La peor experiencia de mi vida
Un desastre! Yo me decidí por este hotel por el precio, baño privado y por el 'parking gratuito'. NO TENIA PARKING. Después, decía que en el hotel cobraban 5 euros por persona, me cobraron 7. Hicimos el check in, salimos a recorrer y al regresar, vemos que habían sacado las cosas de nuestro cuarto porque hubo un problema eléctrico en el hotel y nos avisan que debemos 'conseguir' otro hotel y que me devolvían los 14 euros. Yo le digo que ellos debían hacerlo, que no correspondía que yo me ponga a buscar. Conclusión, tuve que Irme a buscar otro hotel

I do not know what to say, I can only say this was not a hotel. There was unfriendly staff. Normally I have to check in at 3pm but I got there at 7pm and there were problems again. I did not get any rooms there and I also waited until around 9pm.and I have waited a long time after that I got a small room but the problems were the rooms 2 single bed my little kids did not get a bed

Terrible. Payed 30 euro online through hotels.com and then upon arrival they said that it was a mistake and it was actually 70 euro...what??!! I ended up having to pay the extra because no other hotels near by were available. First they tried telling me they were booked then as soon as I said I'll pay the extra a room magically appeared, interesting. One of the workers was really nice but the other one was so rude and awful. It's close to the bus stop but these people just make up rules as they go, not a professional business.

Allo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio sinceramente. Il personale è piuttosto scostante e poco professionale. When I arrived they sent me to another hostel because they had no more available rooms. Even though I had already paid for my reservation they asked me for 7 euros more for towels and bed sheets but once in my room I realized it lacked both towels and sheets

An absolute joke!
First of all, this “hotel“ looked nice from the outside but like jail from the inside. Honestly. They charged us an extra fee of 56€ !!!!!! Which makes 7€ per night per person for - CLEANING the room, sheets and towels. After the first night, nothing happend, we asked the staff about the cleaners. Nothing happend. Same sheets and towels for three days. You also have to leave your keys on a table when you are leaving the building. Everybody can just take your key and go in your room. Absolute non-sense. When you are unlucky, the staff is taking a nap or is on the Toilet for half an hour so no one can open the door for you. Wonderful. Manager , surprise, was not available. Money is gone, but at least I am rich on experience. Never ever again. Please save up 20 bucks more so that you can afford a better hotel.

Hell hole!!!!
Don't go there! They took our money and didn't let us stay there because we missed the check- in time even when we had booked the room for three nights. There is no staff there between 7pm-1pm! The staff is rude, and don't really speak/understand much english. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL ONLY RIP YOU OFF!!!!

Ni siquiera entramos. Reservamos en mayo este hotel para una noche en agosto, aunque ya ponìa malos comentarios lo hicimos por la cercanía a centrale station. Les escribí el día de la reserva que llegaríamos a las 20horas. Así lo ponía a la hora de hacer la reserva si tenías ese problema. Incluso les envíe emails recordandoselo. Pero no contestaron y (ilusos) pensamos que ya sería suficiente como ocurre con otros hoteles decentes... Nuestra sorpresa al llegar a Milán y nos dicen que no podemos entrar que ya no hay nadie! Se quedaron con nuestro dinero y punto, ninguna ayuda más. Ningún comentario. Eso sí al día siguiente y al haberles llamado de hoteles.com me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que era imposible entrar más tarde de las 19 horas. Gracias por decirlo después. Tiene tela. Increíble pagar y quedarte en la calle. Y no debemos de ser los únicos a los que les ha pasado. Cuidado si te vas a hospedar aquí!

Not So Lovely In Milano
I knew we were booking a budget hotel, I just didn't realize how "budget" things could be. WARNING, tiny beds and no A/C, not even a room fan. What got me though is that I felt we got taken by this cash only "city tax" they collect at check in. I thought it was supposed to be 2 euro per person per night. Two of us shared the room for three nights and we were hit for 42 euro. Shame on you ! I will say that I LOVED hanging out across the street at Rosso Mattone Ristorante Pizzeria. The waiter Rocco (sp?) who called me "Boss" couldn't have been nicer or more generous to weary travelers. The food was great, and reasonably priced. Thanks Bossman Two !

飛行機がマルペンサに着いたのが18:30過ぎていたのでホテルに向かったのですが、チェックインの時間が14:00~18:00と言う事をフロントで言われホテルを出され、それから他のホテルを探したので泊まってません。ただお金を払っただけ。

Horrível! Cheguei 18:40 não me deixaram entrar no hotel falaram que eu não poderia entrar pelo horário. Mas no e-mail que recebi estava escrito que poderia entrar até as 19:00. Resumo da história fiquei sem hotel. Mandei vários e-mails e não retornaram e também falaram que não devolveriam o dinheiro.

Ho pagato 7 euro in più al giorno per lenzuola asciugamani tassa e servizi vari ma era piuttosto fatiscente rumoroso e soprattutto sporco. Quando sono arrivata dopo le sei di sera la stanza non era pronta però ho dovuto lasciare la stanza alle 11 anche se non era neccessario. La zona della stazione centrale è comoda per i mezzi di trasporto

Awful stay
We did not have comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was terribly dirty, small and very worn down. When we arrived the receptionist scanned our passports witch was scary as hell. We also had to leave our key on the front desk when we left, and they just layed openly on the desk, anyone could have takes someone else's key. I do not recommend this hotel.

Llegamos a las 8 pm y no nos dejaron hacer el check in, porque es máximo hasta las 6 pm y ellos argumentaron que ya se había cerrado las entradas y que regresáramos mañana, hable con expedia y no pudieron hacer nada, al otro día que regresamos estaba otro tipo en recepción y dijo que ya se había perdido la reserva, no éramos los únicos que teníamos el problema otros muchachos también, yo pienso que el hotel revende las habitaciones y ya no había manera de devolvernos el dinero, los 2 recepcionistas que nos atendieron fueron muy groseros. Perdimos 2 días de nuestro viaje, realmente no recomiendo quedarse ahí, Mientras estábamos en recepción, los huéspedes se quejaban de que estaba muy sucio el hotel.

Scelgo camera con bagno privato e non comune. Senza teli doccia, senza saponi, senza asciugacapelli, un solo cuscino per due e per entrare nel letto bisognava scavaltlcare. Una cosa buona la posizione dell hotel a due passi dalla stazione centrale e anche la possibilità di chek in anticipato.

esperienza indimenticabile... è inconcepibile pretendere che il check-in debba essere effettuato in una fascia oraria così ristretta e comunque entro le 19 pur in presenza di reception aperta 24h. sembra solo una scusa per giustificare l'invio degli ospiti su altre strutture riconducibili alla stessa proprietà. all'arrivo volevano applicare le spese per due ospiti (asciugamani/biancheria) nonostante la mia prenotazione fosse per una persona con assegnazione di una doppia da parte di hotels.com...... in definitiva sconsiglio di soggionarci per evitare problemi e costi nascosti. io sicuramente mai più.

Es war gut, wir konnten rasch das Zimmer austauschen, weil wir 2 betten brauchten. Beide Zimmer hatten allerdings kaputte Fenstern. Wir konnten sie nicht schliessen. Personal ist aufmerksam.

Billigt hotel
Værelset var fint og ok rent, men servicen var helt i bund. Prisen var dog virkelig god, så hvis du leder efter et billigt sted at bo, så er dette godt. Vi kom til hotellet kl 12, og så at værelserne lige var blevet gjort rent. Men vi fik stadig at vide, at vi skulle vente til kl 14, og da vi tjekkede ind kl 14 fik vi det værelse, der var færdig med at blive gjort rent, da vi var der kl 12. Det virkede som om, at de bare ville gøre tingene besværlige for os. I Italien plejer man også at skulle betale tax og andre gebyrer på den sidste dag og kontant. Vi nåede knap nok at tjekke ind, før vi skulle betale. Vi betalte 3 euro Per person per nat for rengøring, men fik kun redt seng og gjort semi rent én nat. Generel dårlig service.

Rude staffs, very noise place ( staff doing so much noise either after midnight), specially by the reception area. Very expensive taxes charged without saying in the booking.

Hotel Timo: Moho, oxido y suciedad.
El resumen con el que me quedo es: TIMO! Llegamos y estuvimos 20 minutos esperando a que encontrara nuestra reserva. El sistema de reserva es buscar en su cuenta de Gmail el correo de Hoteles.com para ver que queríamos. Aunque en Hoteles.com te dicen que ya esta todo pagado alli te cobran unos 7€ por persona en concepto de toallas y limpieza de la habitación. Tardaron otros 20 minutos en que preparasen la habitación, esperando en un bajo sin ventanas bastante sucio. Luego nos hicieron cruzar la calle y nos metieron en un edificio que parecía abandonado. Las paredes estaban sucias y mohosas, escaleras de madera rotas, vecinos con bolsas de basura y un banco de pesas en el rellano,... Saqué fotos pero no puedo adjuntarlas. Nuestra "habitación" era un pequeño apartamento en el 4o piso, subiendo con maletas y mi pareja con una lesión de rodilla. El baño tenia moho y la ducha oxido. Había una cocina con nevera que estaba en estado muy precario. La cortina de la ventana estaba rota al igual que la puerta del armario que colgaba de una de las bisagras. Al menos las sabanas estaban limpias. Los vecinos de arriba tenían la tele a todo volumen y hablaban/discutían a gritos. Nos quedamos porque nuestro vuelo salia en 6 horas pero ESE ANTRO ES UN TIMO!!! Ninguna de las fotos que ponen corresponde al hotel. Ni se os ocurra alojaros aquí.

Als wir abends zurück ins Hotel kamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und wir kamen nur hinein,weil zufällig ein Bewohner die Tür öffnete. Dann lagen alle Schlüssel auf dem Tisch. Auch am nächsten Morgen war niemand erreichbar.

Pese a que avisamos que llegariamos a las 10 de la noche por el horario del vuelo y nos dijeron por e-mail que no habría problema, al llegar allí el personal del hotel (de forma muy desagradable) no nos dejaban entrar y nos querían dejar en la calle, nos acusaron de no enviar ningun e-mail sin tan si quiera comprobarlo antes. Tras enseñarselo desde mi movil nos ofrecio ir a un albergue comunitario o lo que nos negamos en rotundo. Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel que había a unos 10-15 minutos andando, haciendonos pagar 25 euros por el check in,a parte de por la limpieza de la habitación ( aunque nadie entro a limpiar) y hasta incluso por las sábanas. TOTALMENTE DECEPCIONANTE. Absteneros de ir si no quereis correr el riesgo de quedaros en la calle.

Peggior albergo di sempre.
Sconsiglio questo hotel, anche se il prezzo è basso, meglio un ostello di bassa qualità. Servizio inesistente, ci hanno cambiato l'hotel all'ora del check-in, avevamo chiesto una matrimoniale, ci siamo trovati con due letti singoli... Pulizia assente, struttura in ristrutturazione/abbandono, staff impreparato. Potrei andare avanti ancora.. (Acqua fredda, wifi debole, tv non funzionante...)... sul terrazzo di camera nostra c'erano tre lavandini smontati... prese della corrente smontate e aperte (con pericolo per gli ospiti). Piuttosto prendete 50 euro e datele a uno sconosciuto a caso, sono spesi meglio!
