La prochaine fois qu'ils reviendront, n'hésitez pas à nous faire savoir le problème et nous le résoudrons. En ce qui concerne le reste, je vous dis que nous sommes situés au cœur de la ville, de la vieille ville et du quartier classé. Il est donc entendu qu’il ya des déplacements à l’étranger. Hi Elena, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location of our hostel, right in the heart of the city. In another hand, I am sorry if your stay did not meet the expectations. Our breakfast, free for all our guests, contains two types of bread, three types of cereal, milk, juice, coffee, different types of tea, butter, marmelade, cocoa cream, muffins, croissants, fruit salad, and we just added fresh fruit. However, I would love if you send us an email with suggestions since we are always open to the ideas of our guests. I would also like to inform you that we do not have TV in our rooms, however, we do have a TV in our common area by reception that you can enjoy as much as you can. Chère Michele, Merci beaucoup de rester avec nous pendant votre séjour à Séville. Je suis désolé que votre expérience n'était pas ce que vous attendiez. Cependant, je tiens à vous rappeler que nous vous avons proposé des solutions que vous ne vouliez pas accepter. Étant pleinement occupés, nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité de changer de chambre, mais nous avons proposé une autre salle de bain pour que vous puissiez vous doucher et vous n’avez pas accepté. Nous avons également proposé d’envoyer un courrier électronique avec votre incidence afin de l’étudier plus en profondeur et nous ne voulions pas l’accepter non plus. Bien que ce ne soit pas courant, des défaillances d’entretien telles que celle que vous aviez avec la douche sont données dans tous les établissements. Et notre obligation est de trouver des solutions, mais si notre invité ne veut pas accepter notre proposition, ni aucune aide, il n’est pas possible de faire autre chose. First of all I want to apologize for all the issues you experienced during your stay. I want to let you know that this is totally below our standard and we have taken action right away. About the AC it was a punctual problem which is already fixed, I am very sorry for it. And about the iron, we do not have iron at our property so it must have been a miscommunication with our staff. I am sorry you took a long time in finding our property, I would like to explain that it is one of the circumstances of having such a great location, right in the center of the city few meters from the Cathedral. Finally I would also like to let you know that we are going through a renovation process which will include redecoration of the rooms, we will put some mirrors and improve some of our mattresses to have the best quality in all of them.
