Great couples get away!

From check in the receptionist was very helpful and made the process of checking in fast and pleasant, we have stayed here a couple of times now and is always great.

Excellent mid-range apartment accommodation at a reasonable price. Roof top pool/spa facilities are great. Room was nice and clean. Road noise can be a bit of an issue.

Our 2nd stay there. Extremely convenient access to train & bus transport (loved new 50 cents per journey tap-on, tap-off system). Suite had some plaster damage at corners, no drawcords on vertical drapes, issues with bathroom basin drain/plug & one plug in kitchen couldn't be used at all. Best feature (again) was use of rooftop spa pools and we felt very secure with card swiping requirement for any access to hotel and use of lifts.

Lovely spacious and well equipped 2 bed 2 bath apt. Easy check in and out. Parking wasnt made clear was an extra charge via web page but no drama, tariff was worth the room and facilities. Pool amd spa facilities great. Would stay again

Rooms are a great size, kitchen and balcony huge, bed amazing. Staff are so lovely. Showers have a design floor that create places for mold to easily start growing, they must be difficult to manage, our shower was not great.

The accommodation was in the perfect location for what we were in Brisbane for. The rooftop pool and spa were fantastic. The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is having more variety of kitchen appliances (cutting board, pots and pans etc). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful, I loved the Tim tam on check-out, a nice touch. I thought the suite was fantastic value for money and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay

Spacious room but in need of a refresh

Lovely spacious kitchen, dining and living area, separate bedroom with comfortable bed, walk through wardrobe and two way access bathroom and laundry (washer and dryer, airing rack, iron and ironing board). Unfortunately our room on the first night didn't have a working tumble dryer or dishwasher. Staff were very helpful and moved us to another room the following night but the dishwasher again wasn't working. Went to wash pool towels in the washing machine and it smelt mouldy. Pool looks lovely but does not have stair access into the pool only a ladder (which is unusual because there is wheelchair access up to the pool deck). Spa did have stairs though so it was accessible.
