This hotel is good for a night if you are going to the Portsmouth game. There are no tea or coffee in the room. You can get a kettle if you take stuff with you. All in all it is what it is a budget hotel good for a night.

Good location close to the ferry port and lovely power shower 👍 could do with a kettle in the room but kfc and mc Donald’s and supermarket shops literally on the doorstep to grab a quick bite to eat.

It was in the middle of indutry and large chain shops. Did not feel safe area to walk the room was a box room with very limited services. Very basic not pleasant environment. Checked out whent somewhere else.

This was my first time staying at an Ibis budget hotel. The staff were very helpful and informative. The only negative was I did miss a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea, but that is probably because I am a slightly older visitor!

For a budget hotel , it was brilliant,the room was basic but clean and everything worked. I was impressed by the shower, powerful shower and there was no heat mist in the room from having a shower.

Very basic
0 customer service. Roo. Smaller than i have seen on the picture and thought to be. Never again. Nothing provided in the room apart from pillow and towel. This is why they probably call it budget hotel !

Booked the hotel as very close to Portsmouth Football Club's Fratton Park stadium which I was attending a function at. Our room (415) even overlooked the stadium ! Very helpful, pleasant staff. Room and facilities were good.

Two night stay on my own and it was great. Had two nights of great sleep and as someone who suffers with very very sensitive skin I didn't react at all to the bedding. Staff were lovely and helpful regarding the parking. Reviews make make it sound confusing but it's easy peasy. Either in the hotel bays or B&Q across the well lit road

It’s cheap for a reason!
I booked it due to location to my sons uni accommodation, next time I’ll travel…the room was comfortable enough although not an enclosed bathroom so only share with family. Breakfast was awful, only hot drinks or water, no juices. Selection of cereal, 1 lonely boiled egg in a bowl with no refills in the time we were there, a few pastries, pancakes that a cobbler could use and dogs are allowed in the breakfast area which is a huge no for me!

För att träffa bekanta och se på fotboll Då hotellet ligger dörr i dörr med Fratton Park så är det perfekt ställe att bo på Det finns Subaway KFC och McDonalds inom 50 meter från Hotellet 10 min gångväg till tågstationen 20 min gångväg till stadskärnan

Very clean, comfy bed. Good location although parking limited but ok to park over the road at b&q. Friendly and efficient staff.

Where do I start, First I Booked with expedia and chose the option to pay at the property, the price was £57.60 When checking in there was a man and a woman on the front desk the man asked me to pay £60.00 and shoved a card reader in my face, had to show them the confirmation email. I then tryed to pay with cash to be told the hotel is "a cashless hotel" & they don't accept cash, which I don't like as I like to have the option, I said there should be a warning of this when booking, to be told be the women there will be in the small print, anyway I paid with card but checked the booked info later and there is no mention of the hotel being "cashless" Pulled up directly out front of the hotel but was told those spaces are for Subway for some strange reason. I was told to park in the spaces at the rear on the left which say hotel painted on them but there were none so I parked in a space on the right with hotel painted on it went in and mentioned to the lady on the desk that I couldn't find a space on the left and I'd parked in a space marked hotel on the right and she said "you can't Park there they're no longer our spaces you'll have to park in the B&Q car park over the road". So had to move my car twice. Why do the spaces still have Hotel painted on them if they no longer belong to the hotel? The light in the room didn't work, beds have soft memory foam mattress which you sink into very hot and can't turn over. The bathroom is damp with black mold on the ceiling
