El personal atenderá todas las solicitudes que el huésped solicite y este dentro de lo que podemos permitir, si no solicita nada entonces el personal no le podrá ayudar, de no encontrarse el personal siempre tiene números para contactarlos a cualquier hora.

Good evening Willem.I regret to inform you that we have made an investigation when you told us that there was someone smoking in a room, but unfortunately the smell did not come from any room. The power outages were caused by the building itself, which is beyond our control. To request cleaning, it is specified in the rules that the staff pointed out at your door along with the information of our internet, in the same way, in the rules it is established that the towels are changed every 2 days. In any case, we are still very sorry for any misunderstanding and inconvenience caused to you during your stay.

Muy mala atención por parte del encargado. Instalaciones en muy mal estado, se entiende que todo puede ser antiguo pero daba asco hasta ducharse. Lleve a mi perrita, me cobraron un extra de mascota y no pusieron ni un envase para darle agua. No vale lo que pague! NO LO RECOMIENDO, es preferible dormir en el aeropuerto.

Lamentamos mucho escuchar de su parte que no le ha parecido muy buena su estancia con nosotros. Cada huésped esta obligado a pagar por su animal de compañía el suplemento de 5.00 por noche, así mismo el de traer lo necesario para esté, nosotros no estamos en la obligación de tener utensilios para su mascota. Lamentamos también saber que aunque el encargado de turno les haya abierto la puerta personalmente, haya ido con ustedes de arriba a abajo por la comunidad de propietarios, ayudado con el equipaje a pesar de no estar obligado a ello y de haberles llamado un taxi a tan tardes horas para su salida a una hora temprana para que no les haya parecido un encargado de sus gustos. Si gusta volver a quedarse con nosotros señora Contreras le aseguramos que podríamos hacer nuestro máximo esfuerzo para complacerle mejor.

WE DID NOT STAY but WE ARE NOT AT ALL HAPPY!
We did not stay BUT we paid for our rooms AND!!!! We booked two rooms for three nights through hotels.com, early 2019 - app. 8 months in advance of our proposed stay and tried to move our booking within a few hours of realizing we accidentally pressed the wrong numerical key for the month by emailing and phoning the Hostal and also Hotels.com. Neither would move this booking to the correct month - although 8 months out and PAID FOR! So, we treid again and contacted the Hostal direct with no luck, then Hotels.com and neither would help us move our booking the month as it was guaranteed. YES - PAID FOR! We were told to rebook the correct dates and to pay double accommodation fees. HOWEVER, on top of this AFTER PAYING the FULL accommodation rate for the two rooms for three nights Hotels.com will NOT award us our points as we did not SLEEP IN THE ROOM! We were recorded as a no-show, that is fine, however we PAID for the rooms and should still be entitled to our reward points. I have followed this up with hotels.com (An international multi-million dollar company) and I am completely frustrated with their lack of customer service for a measly $60 worth of reward points.

Good location
一見入り口が分かりづらいですが、地下鉄OPERA駅から近く、便利なロケーションでした。部屋も清潔でオーナーも親切。小さい冷蔵庫も置かれていました。ただし、滞在した部屋が奥まっていたため、フリーWi-Fiは繋がりませんでした。

Хостел приятно поразил. Да, с одной стороны там идут работы по благоустройству, но уже сделанные номера, в частности мой, меня приятно поразил. Оригинальное и вместе с тем очень удобное решение пространства. Персонал приветлив. У меня было очень позднее заселение. Думаю, когда они все приведут в полный порядок, это будет очень уютное место. Немного шумновато ночью, но не смертельно. В любом случае я туда ещё вернусь))

Great location on a budget
I had stayed in this Hostel about twenty years ago and I wanted to see how it was this time around. The location can't be better as it is just a few minutes walk to major attractions such as Plaza major, Palacio Real, and plaza Sol. You can get here by metro pretty easily. The rooms are very basic but the beds were comfortable enough and everything worked. The bathroom is very tight. If you are a big person you might have an issue. You can literally be on the toilet and use the sink at the same time. There was a small fridge in the room and we were able to obtain an iron upon request. WiFi worked but signal was very week in the room. Lock box cost is 1 Euro per use. Check-in was fast and easy as was check-out. On the downside, the maids were very LOUD. Two mornings in a row they were arguing and in no way trying to be quiet. The door was banged hard while one maid was vacuuming. The do not disturb sign is mostly a suggestion.There apparently was a leak somewhere in our bathroom as one of the staff had to enter our room to take a look. You will be at an advantage if you speak some Spanish as the staff doesn't speak English. Overall if you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep with a central location on a budget this is it.

Good value hostel
Small hostel in a side street, which was surprisingly good. Through a nameless front door and two floors up; It's easy to miss the house sign. Room was small, but with a decent bathroom, and a shower with good hot water. Comfortable double bed and Wi fi, it was more than enough for me, a single traveller. Small balcony lets you view the street. Don't know if the air con worked as I was there in April. Considering the price, this is a good value budget hostel, and close to all the tourist city spots. The side street gives a quiet night. You must, if using the Metro, get off at 'Opera,' and the street is in front of you, a mistake I made to my regret, as this small side street is not well known.

Super bien me quedé tres noches y todo muy bien desde la limpieza que es lo primordial para una estadía tranquila, está en el centro de la ciudad el personal muy atenta y muy servicial, y si volviera volvería a quedar en el mismo lugar, se los recomiendo.

Para dormir un par de noches
La habitación era minúscula y todo estaba bien limpio, para dormir una o dos noches no está mal teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría del tiempo lo pasas fuera en la calle. El problema es el ruido si te toca la habitación cercana a la puerta, no paran de llamar al timbre y de hablar desde bien temprano de forma que se hace imposible dormir bien.

El hostal limpio, en muy buena zona, precio excelente y la dueña encantadora. Aceptan perros sin problema ni suplemento. Fantástico, totalmente recomendable.
