The front staff was not friendly. The carpet in the room had oily stains throughout. The air conditioner was noisy and sounded like a freight train. Slight odor when entering the room. The bed linens were clean and smelled good as did the towels and wash cloths. But, the rooms need som upgrading.

Great stay!

I have stayed at Sure Stay, Quanah, twice. The rooms have been extremely clean and comfortable and the staff has been very courteous and highly professiinal.

I stayed here on a stop while traveling. The staff were very friendly and professional. I left a bag in the bathroom when I checked out. They called me within 15 minutes to let me know. The only reason I marked “Good” on a couple of things is because it seems to be an older hotel that still needs a little love. This didn’t bother me, though. Overall, I was pleased.

Bed was soft, room was spacious and comfortable, safe area and clean facility. Only qualms was a leaky shower faucet when turned on and the door had to be slightly lifted to engage the deadbolt. Breakfast was great! The biscuits were very soft and fluffy.....best i've had at a hotel/motel
