Room met my needs

I was treated with respect, kindness, and the front desk gave two towels, a washcloth, and a tv remote. The channels on their tv was worth watching. I enjoyed TBS. They were willing to honor online rates for those struggling to book with a debit card online. The bed was extremely comfortable

This spot had EXCELLENT customer service. They were respectful and handled every need I had to make my mother and uncles stay pleasant. Would highly recommend!!

this is a last resort option. the room sleeps 4 but good luck getting more than 2 towels, this seems to be the cheapest on 192, so expect roaches

Terrible service, room and bathroom in terrible conditions of cleanliness and hygiene, broken furniture, mini fridge turned off and rusty, bathtub curtain completely filthy, when trying to return the room key the next morning at 8:00 am along with the TV control plus a single small towel provided by the Hotel, the lobby was locked and closed, no one to return the cash deposit required at check in, no emergency number to contact someone responsible for the Hotel. Terrible service and stay, I do not recommend it even for free!!!

no towels upon arrival. only a fitted sheet on the bed and a comforter. There wasn't the other sheet that you would expect. comforter had blood and urine stains. The person at front gave me two towels and a sheet and then a comforter as well. He was respectful. No chairs at pool. So far this is the worst place i have ever experienced. I have pics of the sheets and would be happy to share.

Did 2 seperate bookings for two consecutive nights (Originally did not anticipate needing to stay in town for more than one night). Check in was straight forward one our online reservation was confirmed. We were exhausted from our day so a shower and straight to bed was our plan. We immediately noticed our toilet had no toilet seat, behind the toilet on the floor we saw (what appeared to be) a broken crack pipe. As we were exhausted we just showered and went to bed and figured we report the issues in the morning (after pictures were taken). In the morning we went downstairs and informed them of a second booked night. The Front desk informed us that we must check out, wait till 3pm to check back in (Hotel was mostly empty by the way) and if we wanted to check in early (nevermind we had stayed the previous night) we would need to pay 30 dollars..cash. Then I informed them of the condition of our previous room and what we found, the gentleman (owner) then reluctantly allowed us to check in "early" (around 1230pm) Later that day the gentleman asked us what price we payed for the room online, he then offered us to pay him directly..cash. . next time and he would give us a 10 dollar or so discount...yeah, there will be no next time. Stay away folks. I should recognized the first red flag when we pulled into the property and it was mostly vacant while it competitors were mostly occupied.

Everything in the room was dirty. There are homeless around the hotel. Owner of the hotel arguing with his employee. It looks like low income people live in the rooms of the hotel. Avoid this hotel if you can.

The room was very dirty. The carpet covered in stains, the bedding had a ton of stains and there wasn’t a top sheet. The ceiling in the bathroom was stained and falling down.

Property is very dirty , smells like urine. Very unsafe. Homeless camp behind property , highly drug trafficked area , police are there 3/4 times a day if not more. The rooms are dirty , mattresses are stained , AC unit was full of nail clippings and ramen noodles , Outlets barley worked , lightbulbs missing , No towels , if you need any towels , toilet paper or anything you have to go to the front desk where you’ll be charged for these items. Staff is unfriendly , that’s if you can understand them. All together this property should be shut down and taken off Expedia.
