적절한 가격에 넓고 좋으 아파트를
넓은 아파트였고 주방도 모든걸 갖추고 있었다. 와이파이가 잘 안된단 걸 제외하면 하루 더 묵고싶은 숙소였다. 깨끗하고 스텝들도 친절했다.

We chose the Fenix Beach apartments from your web sight as your information inferred that the Hotel and Apartments shared the same facilities. That was very difficult as the Hotel was shut and the pool surround was being repainted and also there was no lifeguard for most of the week!! Also the Apartments did not have our booking!!!! They had to make contact with you after we arrived and had to wait wondering we had anywhere to stay!! I feel that my party over paid considering there was no food, no pool bar, no pool, in fact no facilities other than the rooms!! We will not be using you again!!!!!!!

El hotel está bien, solo puedo comentar sobre la habitación ya que apenas pase tiempo en el hotel. Habitación cómoda con cocina equipada muy útil si viajas con niños, bastante amplia tanto el salon como cuarto de baño y habitación ademas de tener una terraza. Fuimos fuera de temporada y el restaurante buffet del hotel no estaba abierto, información que no consta al hacer la reserva asi que un poco decepcionada por esa parte ya que pensábamos cenar y desayunar en el buffet todos los días. Lo demás bien piscina abierta fuera de temporada

Hotel was better than expected
Hotel was a pleasant surprise and facilities great. Some staff where aloof at times but we did manage to get assistance from others when we needed to.

Apartamento muy sucio y falto de mantenimiento, no apto para ofrecer al público. Adjunto foto donde se puede apreciar una hermosa cucaracha en el baño, aparte del deplorable estado de la bañera y su grifería. Lo mejor, la amabilidad del personal y zona de hotel

Relaxing stay
Great facility and we had a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff were very welcoming on arrival Disappointed we couldn't eat at the restaurant as it was fully booked. Apartments could do with a refurb and the self service laundry was filthy

Great stay if you are on a budget.
Quiet location but only a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Good sized apartment,which was very clean. We had a huge balcony overlooking the pool area. Other balconies were much smaller and I can imagine it being very noisy in high season. We really enjoyed our stay and it was excellent value for money.

WorSt holiday ever. Will not use expedia again. Hotel was closed. Only room available . Wirks going on around us and bare wires in room. Had to move for safety reasons . NEVER AGAIN !!!

Nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Only stayed 1 night as cheaper than a cab home after a night out! Would definately stay again!

Inverno num resort de verão.
Estivemos em Roquetas de Mar no inverno e foi uma ótima experiência. Apesar do hotel estar relativamente vazio e a maioria dos serviços desativados, nos divertimos muito na piscina aquecida e fomos muito bem atendidos. É um ótimo local para quem quer fugir do inverno europeu. Os apartamentos são um pouco antigos e as camas não são muito confortáveis, mas todo o resto compensa.

Great breakfast and walking distance to beach!
If your looking for a four star hotel/apartment move on...however if your looking for affordable accommodations and a good breakfast buffet with an assortment of foods. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, but quite dated. This is a great place for the money and its located within walking distance to the beach and several small restaraunts.

Very old and scrammy. It has the potential, but is in desperate need of a restauration. It was like a time travel to 1990 - which must be the year this hotel earned its 4 stars.

Günstige Apartements in brauchbarer Lage
Genau richtig für unsere 3er-Gruppe als spontaner Zwischenstop in Roquetas de Mar. Sehr günstiger Preis in der Wintersaison, ordentlich eingerichtete Apartements, zuvorkommender Service, gute Ausstattung der Gesamtanlage (Pool, Tennisplatz etc.). Der schöne Balkon war in der Wintersaison leider nicht zugänglich. Das Schlafsofa ist für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet. Sauberkeit des Apartements ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Budget apartment under refurbishment.
The apartment was dated but I presumed this was factored into the low rates. The room was roomy and comfortable but wifi was poor even on the 3rd floor. Eating places within walking distance and the beach was 300m away. Refurbishment work ongoing but not distracting.

Bien. Bon rapport qualité prix, Personnel courtois. En basse saison, pas grand chose à faire à part la plage le boardwalk ou la piscine du site qui est bien entretenu. Par contre un bon pied-à-terre pour aller visiter ailleurs....à 30km d'Alméria et quelques km de la Sierra Nevada. Il faut absolument une voiture.

Un peu rustique
La première impression a été désagréable : l'hôtel était annoncé fermé ! Une dame extérieure m'a indiqué qu'il fallait aller au fond du parking, au bout, etc, introuvable sans aide. La propreté de la chambre est très bonne, avec une déco un peu rustique pleine de charme. Le Wifi ne fonctionnait mal (déconnections intempestives). Il est situé dans une zone très touristique avec des restaurants tout autour, bars, hôtels, commerce, plage, etc. L'hôtel propose un buffet (j'ai pas trop aimé mais c'est économique, ils se pressent de débarrasser votre assiette). L'accueil du personnel est bof (pas de wifi : tant pis pour vous !). Il y a un parking gratuit interne mais souvent plein. Coté prix, il a des promotions très intéressantes (20€ nuit, petit déj, repas du soir).

re named the hotel El B Vista because these were the only letters on the hotel that lit up at night, it a shame that the hotel has been neglected over the years because im sure at one time it was an excellent conference hotel. (or that's what it looks like) We had an apartment which was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Cleaning was done every three days. We were also half board the food was typical Spanish buffet offering a selection of meat fish salad and pasta food was a bit bland and basic no different to anywhere else ive stayed. I would say the reception staff are not helpful, No English travel guides no information on what time dinner or breakfast starts and only the news channel to watch on Tv.
