위치가 좋고 깔끔해요.
내부도 깔끔하고 위치가 아주 좋아요. 인근 유료주차장을 이용하는데 좀 비싸요.

Absurd that the hotel has no lift! If your particulars had included this basic information, as an 84 year old, I would have gone elsewhere. It makes me realise that I cannot rely on Expedia particulars and as a consequence I may cease to use Expedia. Otherwise (but this is a big exception), the hotel was fine.

Very convenient from the train station and just at the edge of the city center. Oxford castle about a 3m walk. Rooms were clean and spacious (by UK standards) and a supermarket was just around the corner. There's no lift however but wasn't a problem since we didn't have a lot of luggage. Overall, pretty happy and would stay here again if we're ever in Oxford.

Great comfortable one night stay
We had a one night stay, which was just perfect. Very close to the train station. Walkable distance to all food and beverage areas. Customer service was very nice and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The only thing is —it is by a train station so remember to bring your earplugs and it is a very busy roundabout——you should expect that when staying so close to a transit center. Had a wonderful time in Oxford being a tourist

Great hotel to stay in for a short weekend away break, whilst seeing a show and shopping. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Would stay again!

What I really appreciated were the staff who talked me through the parking business, which wasn't complicated but is the sort of thing I find muddling! Bless them.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The area was very close to the train station, but it was a busy and noisy area. We used earplugs. The shower temperature was hard to regulate, but it was a great room and very friendly staff!

Really impressed with this hotel
Exceptionally friendly front staff, lovely clean room and bathroom. Beautiful old building with thick walls and a good layout. 3 minutes walk from train station, 10 minute walk from centre and all attractions, fab location. Really impressed for a 3 star hotel. Would definitely stay again. Slight road noise but did not disturb sleep.

Barely got any sleep due to traffic outside and building works somewhere. Not the hotel's fault but would put me off staying there again. There is a restaurant next door but no facilities at the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and the room was warm. Huge shower.

enjoyable 2 night break
We had a nice 2 night break, just a reminder to anyone who needs a lift, unfortunately they don't have one, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only 5 minute walk and you are in the city centre.

Great location, close to station with discounted 24 hour parking. Lovely staff and snacks in the room. Building is historic but room lovely and clean and well maintained

While the location was good as far as its proximity to the train and bus stations and the room was clean an pleasant, the area around the hotel was very dirty with much litter and groups of drunken people who were breaking bottles and glassware and contributing to an unpleasant and uncomfortable feel.

The Royal Oxford hotel was perfectly situated to walk from the train station or into the city center. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. The staff (especially William) were polite, helpful and patient with all of our tourist questions.

We arrived in a hot day. The room was hot. The hallway smells. The AC in the room very weak. We turn the AC on and went out. At night it was still hot. Had to open the windows, it was so noisy. Can hardly sleep. So tired. Didn’t bother to call the front desk. Finally the midnight, couldn’t stand the noise and close the windows. The room temperature finally dropped to a level bearable in another couple of hours. Hardly slept.

Comfortable and convenient
My stay was very pleasant. The room was quite spacious and extremely clean and the air conditioning was silent and effective. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is very good - a short walk to the central bus station and the main shopping and restaurant areas.

Good value
Simple place, nothing fancy. But clean, had good AC, big bathroom, comfortable beds. Horrible shower though, with weak steam and difficulties setting the temperature. Great location if you want to be close to the train station and the bus station for airport busses. Overall good value for the money.

Great location- very close to train and bus station, walkable distance from the castle and Oxford colleges. Cosy hotel. There is no lift but they brought our luggage to the room

There really is nothing to this hotel. It looks big in the picture, but actually it occurs only a small reception area on the ground floor; retail shops occur the rest of the ground floor. The hotel has all or most of upper floors. There is a small restaurant that serves breakfast, not included, which we found to be slow, and supper. The hallways are narrow and very stuffy. The best feature of the rooms and the hotel is the bathroom, which has been completely remodeled and well-designed. The bed is rock hard. The staff was very helpful.

The staff was helpful, and responded rapidly to requests. There was no lift, but staff helped carry luggage up the stairs. The AC was not truly adjustable, but the windows opened; the room was hot when we arrived. There was a tub/shower combo, and the tub was very welcome. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The immediate are was a bit run-down, but a close-by pub had good food.
