The place was not at all as advertised. All of the amenities listed on the Expedia site were posted not available at that location, only notifying me upon reading a notice at the front desk. No breakfast offered and a surcharge for anything ranging from extra towels to any of the basic cooking/easting options you would expect to get from a place that offers in-room kitchens. No shampoo, coffee maker, just a very dilapidated room with fixtures and furniture dated from 20 years ago. A very noisy room where everything was heard in the surrounding area and even down the hall. The bed squeaked at the smallest movement and the bedside lights didn’t even function. The surrounding area felt unsafe at night and the entire property smelled of marijuana. With other options in the area, I will never stay here again.

The room it self was not clean dog hair were on “clean” towels. Couldn’t get replacement towels we were told they did not have any. Had to change rooms the tub was dirty the chairs were sticky along with the floor. The hotel staff was sorry she acted like she didn’t want to come down upon arrival to open the door . The entire hotel smell like smoke. The flooring coming up in the bathrooms. The kitchen area needs upgrading. Definitely checked out the next morning. Oh the front desk don’t open until 10 so if you need service you’re out of luck. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED

The rooms were in poor condition, greatly in need of upgrading. Also, never stayed at an Extended Stay where no dishes or silverware were available in the kitchen.

The smell was very smelly, messy, dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. The first minute I entered the room, the second minute I contacted customer service and asked to move the room immediately. Since I booked online for 2 days, they didn't have the money and deposit yet. Return it to me.

The staff were friendly enough however our room was in disrepair. There were moldings missing in the bathroom around the toilet, the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom were falling off the hinges, the bathtub had permanent stains in it, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and someones animal had used the bathroom in the hallway, which was there when I went to my room that evening and when we checked out the next morning. The bed sheets did appear clean and the room wasnt super dirty, it was mostly the smell of cigarettes and the disrepair of the cupboards, vanity, bathtub, etc.

The room carpet is very dirty and toilet is dirty. The hallway is very smelly and uncomfortable to stay for few minutes.

Booked a king bed with sofa bed only got the king bed and they gave me a roll away bed to take over the sofa bed and the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and they brought me one and wanted me to put it up seriously, the hotel was dirty I have stayed at extended stay before but this was the worst one

The room was very BASIC; clean, frig, stovetop, microwave,sink. This was an affordable spot if you needed a place to stay. You have to get up early to get coffee.😌

Please do not stay here. People were walking the hallway and talking loud all night long. There were roaches everywhere and the room was falling apart. Its a waste of money. And the lady at the front desk was rude and displayed just how much she didnt want to be there. I will NEVER stay here again
