mi habitacion estaba sucia, las sabanas de la cama estaban sucias tambien, nunca las cambiaron. no pudimos hacer check in antes de la hora de llegada por lo que fue imposible dejar nuestro equipaje resguardado. las chicas de recepción son poco amigables

La habitación estaba bien, pero el hotel tenía huéspedes que parecía que cocinaban en su cuarto y olía a pura comida, horrible subías todo sofocado y el aire que respirabas era ese y era peor para ti. Y según no podías meter ni alcohol ni fumar , pero ese olor era muy muy desagradable

This property needs a serious upgrade of the facilities. In addition, some of the rooms are exposed to very loud music. I had to pay extra to change my room to avoid the music. The staff, however, were friendly and efficient.

The rooms didn't quite match the glamour of the online photos, they looked simple with no charm. The room was lacking a ceiling fan and missing toiletries for the 1st night. The cleanliness of the room was consistent, with daily housekeeping ensuring fresh linens and a tidy space. Plus, the reliable availability of warm water in the shower was a comforting touch.

La verdad no me gustó para nada y no lo recomiendo ya que es muy ruidoso, los otros huéspedes se la pasan en los pasillos hablando, corriendo, pasando por los pasillos haciendo ruido, azotando las puertas hasta altas horas de la madrugada y no dejan descansar y el personal no les dice nada. Lo único bueno es que está céntrico solo eso

Um. It’s not a good look. It looks as though there is a massive group of families 10-15 -living there with young children. Why do I assume that? Only at him would I put my naked foot on a coffee table in the lobby. Actually I wouldn’t even do that because I have too much respect for my home. Would I stay there again? Only if I was on a super budget. Why? -Lobby and hotel filled with residents (loud) -Bed mattress non existent because you could feel the board slats. -Kavia amenities? -Had to leave a $10 US OR ID for remote control and key -It was SUPER CLEAN. Kudos to the housekeeping who work super hard. How they keep them working there with all those families to clean up after - I dunno. - The tv had streaming - internet during the day was unpredictable

Este hotel necesita estar actualizado, lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación por eso lo elegí, por que para el precio y el servicio simplemente habían otras opciones, a mí y mi novia nos gusta probar y conocer nuevos lugares, ya sea para repetir o recomendar, realmente necesita mantenimiento el clima enfría pero hace un ruido exagerado debido a que es un clima de pared modelo antiguo, la puerta principal estaba caída descolgada, luego al no tener caja fuerte simplemente asusta dejar cosas allí de valor cuando lo primero que te hacen firmar en la recepción es un papel que dice, 'No nos hacemos responsables por robos o extravíos' ya desde allí uno duda por sobre salir y dejar ciertas cosas... El Internet es bueno nunca fué problema el baño estaba limpio pero olía exagerado a químicos, el servicio de la recepción simplemente no es nada agradable, necesitan algún curso de servicio al huésped...

Desde el check-in, fué molesto del joven que me recibió, uno va a relajarse y no escuchar políticas tontas estupidas, el hotel te amenaza con una multa de $100 dlls. Y hasta desalojo por tomar una bebida en sus instalaciones pero están rodeados de cantinas y bares, que es molesto su ruido toda la noche.

I traveled alone for my birthday and I wanted something affordable and close to Parque de Las Palapas. My room was comfortable and the a/c was cold. The ladies at the front desk were really sweet. I only know basic Spanish and I was able to communicate pretty well. The only bad thing that I can say is that there's no fridge in the room, but there's an Oxxo, food stalls, bars, and restaurants right outside and around the corner as well.

Thanks for your comments. We have safe deposit box at the front desk. Every hotel room has an electronic lock that can be locked from the inside. For your valuable objects, you can request your own deposit box at the front desk. Hope you enjoyed your stay

Good location, but noise and no safe.
Good points are it's good value, clean and in a good location. Bad points are: there is no room safe, even though the listing says there is; it was noisy at night. There's a kitchenette counter in the room and, whilst sitting by it, i cut my knee on the underside edge of the counter. This edge is rather sharp so be careful.

Cheap but not very cheerful
Rather old and run down. Feels like a dingy motel overall. Old, rusting snack vending machine and … Beds so soft and old as to give me a bad back! 1.Hot water failed (was fixed). 2. Wifi weak in room (was attended to). 3. Room Electronic key card kept failing (was attended to several times) 4. Super old super noisy AC units are like jet planes taking off and can’t be turned down only off or on! 5. Taps and toilet seats bolts literally have rust on them. 6 Very noisy at night next to ‘party hostel’ next door; was woken up on 3 consecutive nights. 7. Old wooden pool lounger literally snapped in half - staff didn’t notice ? The price is cheap but see above. And the pool in central courtyard is pleasant.

There was no parking available even though parking is listed in the amenities so we ended up having to park far away. The hotel blamed Expedia for listing the wrong information… The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable preventing us from getting any rest. We checked out after 1 night because our stay was horrible. Prior to checking out 2 day early, we contacted Expedia letting them know the circumstances and they told us they’d contact the hotel to see if we could get refunded for the second night but then they said that since no one at the front desk spoke English that a Spanish speaking rep would be contacting the hotel. Upon checking out, we told the person at the front desk about our bad experience and that Expedia would be contacting them to enquire about a refund and she told us that it would not be a problem. A few days later, Expedia emails me to say the hotel refuses to refund… Do not stay at this hotel if you have a rental car and if you’re in need of a comfortable bed.

Estuvimos una Noche y realmente nos gusto mucho por la cercanía al Parque de las Palapas. La persona que nos atendió en recepción fue muy amable y servicial. El cuarto bastante amplio y limpio. Solamente el colchón de las camas un poco desgastado pero por el precio yo no esperaba algo mas. Definitivamente mi familia y yo volveríamos a hospedarnos sin ningún problema.

En general el hotel está bien, agradable y muy sencillo. Lo malo es que tienes que esperar bastante para que salga agua caliente, así que, o desperdicias agua o te bañas con agua fría. La televisión tiene como 3 canales nada más y de repente se apaga. La ubicación es muy buena.

Meget store rummelige værelser, jeg var heldig at få et værelse med balkon og kunne se ud på pladsen med alle boderne, det var rigtig dejligt. Sengene var gode, dog var der ikke altid varmt vand i badet, men ikke noget problem, sålænge man ikke skulle vaske hår. Værelset havde køleskab og tv med mange kanaler, man kunne hente varmt vand til kaffen i stueetagen Super sødt personale, der gør alt for at hjælpe dig. Dog som var der nogle dage hvor en natklub holdte fest, hvilke gjorde det svært at sove. Et rigtig dejligt hotel, hvor jeg godt kunne vende tilbage til.
