Well after our second room the first one had no heat, it was okay a little run down. but it was fresh paint and new rug. It was on the second floor and no elevator the stairs were a little scary the handrail was wobblily, and the stairs were thin in some places. The room could have used an airing out. They tried to make our stay good. they cleaned our room daily and made sure we had enough towels.

The receptionist upon checking in was the nicest young lady. The lobby is welcoming with a surrounding of fresh flowers. Nice rooms kept very clean. I’m very happy I found this place to stay at and will most definitely stay there again when I return to High Point. It’s also within walking distance to the university.

What I like about the place is how nice the staff is. The room was clean.Lighting was great at night and felt safe.

Room had a forced air heating and air conditioner system that was incredibly loud which cycled every few minutes. Beds were very uncomfortable. Impossible to get any sleep.

If you like mythic gold statuettes with no apparent purpose but to look beautiful in all kinds of light, this is the place for you! So quirky and uncanny, and all the amenities to boot.

The room they gave us had little bugs flying around and the bathroom door didn't even shut plus the toilet was too close to the door and the shower was too small. Bathroom was very inconveniences.

No frills and no chills. Perfectly adequate.
There atrium Inn provides you what you need, no more no less. Clean room? Check. Comfortable Bed? Check. Shower with good water pressure? Check. Smoke free room? Check. Close to HPU? Check. If you need a safe clean place to rest your head at a fair price. The Atrium Inn checks all the boxes.

There was not anything that we particularly liked about the room. The room was small and furnishings were old and out dated. The bathroom was not completely clean and very disappointed there was no hair dryer available. Tried calling the office and no one answered. Went to the office and the door was locked and no one was around. There was no microwave in the room. Having to pay for ice was unbelievable and in poor taste. We travel to the area often, and will never stay there again, nor will I reccommend this place to anyone else. The Clerk in the office was not very friendly when we got there, but he was accommodating when I called to change the date of our stay. For the amount we paid to stay there, things should have been better.

Will definitely book again.
Older, no frills hotel close to High Point University, High Point Theatre, and the furniture district. Check in was quick and the innkeeper is very friendly. Room was clean and had a mini fridge, TV, WiFi, and coffee maker. Since the place is older there aren’t a ton of outlets, so if you have multiple electronics to charge bring an extension cord. Will definitely be back.

Does not serve breakfast as stated on the website. The website did not show the building,all it did was show the rooms. It is not a hotel. It is a clean motel.

We were only staying one night for a college visit. Check-in was easy. The reservation was ready and the person who checked us in was friendly and professional. The room was clean and the rates were reasonable. There was even coffee! Highly recommend.

The desk clerk could not have been more rude. Acted as if checking a guest in was an interruption of his evening. The AC wasn't working in the room I was originally assigned and when I went to get it changed he gave me an incredible attitude. Worst desk clerk encounter in 40 years of traveling
