The property is run down, poor to no maintenance. No phone or coffee pot in one room, the couch was missing in the other room. The beds were hard, they need replacing. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Terrible property; it should not be open to the public. Smelled of marijuana near front entrance when entering. Front staff didn’t acknowledge me when I approached the desk. Then they asked for 15 minutes for “shift change” while customers stood there listening to their personal stories. The room was completely disgusting. I wish I could post the pictures I took. Bathroom toilet seat was too small for bowl, no trash cans at all within room/bathroom. No lights in room other than a small lamp in the corner, stains on floor, curtains ripped off rack at the top. Checked for bedbugs and saw how filthy and old the mattress was. I didn’t even sleep under the comforter!! Had a 3 night stay, checked out immediately next morning.

This property is good for 1-2 nights but I would not stay longer than that. Walls we're thin where I could hear someone rustling around in the closet, there were stains on our bed, refrigerator in room was loud, the room and bathroom looked outdated and in need of repairs, etc. Please be cautious in booking more than 2 nights.

There were four people working the desk when we tried to check in, but they made us wait because they said there was a "shift change." We stood by the desk the whole time and no shift occurred, but they still made us wait while they chatted about personal topics. They told us we would have to leave our ID to use a luggage cart. The halls were lined with linoleum tiles instead of carpeting and the signs on the ugly plain gray walls were missing half their letters. The bathroom had black mold everywhere and thick dust/crud on the under-sink area. The toilet seat was all scratched and worn away to the surface under the paint. The bed frames were for a larger sized mattress so they had long support beams sticking out. The room walls had chipped and peeling paint and was covered in scuffs and scratches. The lampshades were all broken and falling apart, looking like they had been pulled from a dumpster. The maps themselves had rust streaks all over the bases. The windows had broken seals and were completely fogged up, and also has weird black streaks on them like residue from old duct tape. The TV reception was so grainy it could not be watched.

The hotel according to pictures and bio posted looked very nice and appealing. Upon arrival it is a dump. Stayed to be able to see a grizzlies game. We checked in and got our room. Went on our day and came back. The shower curtain had holes in it and water for everywhere. The bed was like laying on nails. Every few mins through the night we kept hearing dinging from the elevators. Went to checkout and according to the description when booking there was breakfast. The lady behind the desk then informed me they quit doing that in 2020. Felt I was decived.

Never ever had an experience like this after traveling all over the world. THE WORST in every aspect. Had to leave room immediately due to visible bedbugs. Very unsafe outside and inside the building. Warning signs in room to lock doors and not answer at night. Loud drunk/druggies in hallways. By the time I arranged for another hotel my "30 minute" window to leave had expired. Staff said owner doesn't care and knows the problems. No refund, had to leave for a safe/clean alternative hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS UNSANITARY, UNSAFE, AND HAS BEDBUGS.

I got locked in the bathroom 2x and luckily I took my cell phone in the bathroom with me to call the hotel to get someone to break in the room and then into the bathroom as well. It took about 2 hours or longer for then to get me out. The 2nd time my grandbaby came in there while I was in there and pushed the door closed and we were stuck again but someone was in the room that could call the lobby to let them know and it took them about 2 hours again and that was just to get someone to the room and open the bathroom door with me and the baby sick in there. Then I could not even get the manager to the front desk when I was checking out.

Not worth the price
I killed 2 cockroaches in my room. My electronic key crashed every time that I left the room. I had to reboot it 3 times in 2 days. When I checked out, just ONE lady was at the counter !!! But there is space for 4 clerks. My room safe was defect all the time, even after I complained and batteries were replaced. The building is shabby.

Horrible Experience
Experience was terrible rooms we're not non smoking , rooms had broken security locks poor customer service I would have thought Wyndham by Travelodge would be better than expected. I thought Wyndham properties were the best! I was dead wrong! The property doesn't even have a proper sign. No breakfast, no hot water, Don't waste your time going here.

We had problems with the toilet& it was noisey.People we’re living there and it was noisey all night long.It was hair in the tub and we will not be returning.

Great Stay!
I loved the fact that all the hotel rooms were behind a locked sliding glass door. My husband and I felt very safe staying at Travelodge and the staff was very friendly. The only thing was that Saturday night, we heard fighting in the hallway and didn't know whether to call the front desk or not.

The room was disgusting. It had a could odor and there were roaches everywhere. The beds had no comforters, only sheets. I could not stay. I had to leave for another hotel.
