Very convenient location, very close to Plaza- You can eat in many places around. Breakfast is simple, but complete. Rooms in the back can be a bit muggy, while the upper floor ones are nicer. However, you must check that the TV and hot water are working.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!!!
I am unfortunately disappointed in the service at this hotel. I booked through Hotels.com and got a single room with a double bed. Upon check-in, they said the room we reserved was unavailable but would be the following day, and we could move into it at 10 am. I agreed to this, and we stayed in another room. Morning time came; we were all packed up and ready to move to the next room. It wasn’t ready, but I understood the cleaning staff needed to get the room ready, so my partner and I went for a walk to the Plaza; the receptionist said it would be ready by 12. We got back to the hotel, and they said it would be ready right away. We waited, an hour went by, I asked again and still nothing! We didn’t get the room till 2 pm. We wasted our afternoon waiting around the lobby for our room to be ready. On the last day, I checked out and asked if we could leave our bags with them while we went to Machu Picchu; they said they had a storage room and there were cameras. I returned in the evening, and our bags were moved to the front desk, once I got to our new hotel I saw that my white gold earrings were missing and I know I packed them that morning and placed them in their original box. They also did not give us a bag full of clothing items left behind in the room. I had to go ask for it when I asked for my earrings, after I was told that there was nothing left behind in the room.

God beliggenhed, behagelig seng og god hygiejne. Dejlig varmt vand i bruseren. De tog mange penge for drikkevand, men man kan selv medbringe udefra, og morgenmaden slutter alt for tidligt kl 9. Desuden meget tidligt, at man skal tjekke ud kl 9.30, men de var søde til at opbevare baggage.

A solo 200 metros de Plaza de Armas, unicamente tienen que mejorar el internet en las habitaciones no llega o llega muy poco o se cae, el televisor que es con internet tampoco funciono, deben mejorar enormemente la señal de wi fi .

El servicio de wifi es pésimo tiene 16 megas de velocidad 😡 y los desayunos estan fatales no dicen que tienen huevos sino los pides, es solo una sra para todos los huéspedes. Lo unico favorable es la ubicación que esta a dos cuadras de plaza de armas

Deben de entrenar mejor a su personal en servicio al cliente, empezando por las gerencias, deben de informar al cliente en su check in todo sobre sus politicas, la falta de comunicacion no es positiva para ambas partes. Honestamente no volvería a hospedarme en este lugar, pero me parece que pueden mejorar pq el lugar y la ubicacion q tienen es muy buena.

Excelente Servicio
Mi experiencia con este hotel fue muy buena, completamente sobrepasaron mis expectativas, excelente ubicacion, la atencion del personal fue lo mejor, me ayudaron en todo, la relacion costo/beneficio quedo completamente superada Sin problema alguno recomendaria este hotel a mis amigos y con gusto volveria a escogerlo para hospedarme nuevamente.

We were four and had a great stay. The checkin went very smoothly and the staff were very helpful. They were very helpful and always had great information. They helped us get taxis for our early morning airport run. The breakfast was very nice… and great fried eggs or whatever you. wanted. Great coffee too. The colonial style hotel made the stay memorable to match the Cusco charm. Great value and comfortable…

Disappointed
PROS: location and price CONS: needs update, cleaning staff needs to be better trained (lots of long hairs everywhere) sheets and towels don’t seem to be changed and they rush you to get out of your room to “clean it”. Hot water is easily available in the mornings but in the afternoon you must let water run for 10-15 minutes before warm water comes out. Lobby staff are unfriendly and unwilling to give you details (for example, asked for a late check out, which they have a zero tolerance passed 9am they will charge you half your nightly rate until Noon and then nightly rate passed Noon - we didn’t mind paying the half rate but asked if we could stay until 2pm given we had booked 9 nights with them (last minute trip for the holidays) so they pretended to speak with their manager and still said no, so when I asked for the name of the manager they wouldn’t give it. I asked three different lobby employees for the name of the manager and they all made excuses to avoid giving me a name - so strange, but just made the experience from “you get what you paid for to terrible”

Bien ubicado. Buen trato.
El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cercano a la plaza de armas y a la av. del sol, cercano a cafés y restaurantes. El personal muy amable. La gente de cocina muy atenta a los requerimientos.

Buena ubicación, costoso para las instalaciones.
La habitación cuádruple que reservamos no fue respetada, nos enviaron a 2 habitaciones. La chica de recepción tiene un excelente servicio, no así uno de los varones que la atienden en los turnos de la noche; simplemente está ausente, el teléfono cimbraba por las madrugadas sin dejar dormir. Reservamos una noche más debido a la poca disponibilidad, pero había alojamientos de mejor precio e instalaciones cercanos, pedí al chico en turno nos programara un taxi para salir a las 5 am y me dijo que al día siguiente sin problema, pero cuando lo quisimos buscar no estaba en su lugar y tampoco llamó al taxi diciéndome que no se lo había solicitado (llegamos tarde a tomar el autobús). Sin embargo, se agradece guardaran nuestro equipaje hasta nuestro regreso del Machupicchu y el chico de la tarde nos atendió tan amablemente como si siguiéramos alojados.
