Rented here because in past it was good. Not so this time. First, at checkin, you have to play phone tag to pay TEN DOLLARS to park in thier lot over night. No option, nowhere else to park! Forced to pay extra on top of a pricy room! Plus, youHAVE to use thier app and a card to pay it. NO option! Staff was no help with this.
Next, asked for courtesy van to old market. NOPE! Havent had one since covid. LIE! Had one last year at this same time of year. Cheaping out and lieing about it. Real cute.
Heater in room sounded loud and rattling. Lousy thing to try to sleep through.
Pillows felt like they were filled with pudding. Wierdly mushy. Not at all comfortable.
Bottom sheet on bed did not fit correctly, so in the middle of the night, it slipped up at the bottom and tangled around our feet. Not at all comfortable.
Plus upon checking my credit card statement on app after I got home, it appears they charged me 50 dollars more than I was quoted when I booked this room through Expedia! We'll see how this pans out. All in all this property has slipped tremendously and will now be on my no stay list from now on.
