I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. If you could share with us what was lacking to make your stay a 5, it would be greatly appreciated so we can fix what's not meeting our guest wants and needs.

We wish so much that the pool was open also! I am so glad they had a great time, in spite of not having a pool. But soon, very soon, the pool will be open. We can not wait.

I am sorry that some weekends, with a hotel of 132 rooms, parking may be a bit of a challenge. We have plenty of parking but to have it all close to every room is almost impossible unfortunately. We do appreciate your Feedback however.

I am so sorry that you were given incorrect information prior to your arrival. I can only conclude that you were told this by a department other than our hotel front desk as we have not had a hotel pool in over 25 years and are so excited that our brand new hotel pool is about to open.
