The staff were the best thing about this hotel. I had a horrible night where I barely got sleep due to neighboring guest leaving their child in the room and the door had to be opened by the fire dept at 2:30 AM. Also for breakfast, they ran out of potatoes which I was expecting staying at the embassy. The pool was always so busy with children and you cannot enjoy.

The staff was professional, kind, and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, relatively quiet, but due for some updating. The faucet not flushed to tub all, shower curtain worn, and ac unit was pretty loud as well as leaking condensation onto carpet.

I have a three star because of two things. The hotel was nice and the location was as well. The main reason I have always stayed at Embassy Suites is the breakfast. The omelette was good as always but the rest of the breakfast was like most of the other free "Continental Breakfast" offered by the competition. The next is paying for parking. This is the first Embassy Suites I have ever paid to park. That's the reason for the three star.
