I expected the cleanliness of this facility to be a lot better than it was. Corners were filthy. The carpets were filthy. The doors are filthy. The smell from a water leak from the boiler room. On the 1st floor the carpet was filthy. They didn't even put a fan down to dry the place. And it's stunk. I will not stay there again. I expect a whole lot better from the name of this place. If it's Windham, I cannot believe how filthy and nasty the building was.. I know it's an old building, but the upkeep is horrible. I went there for my birthday. The staff sleep in the chair and. The breakfast bar was completely ridiculous. There's no decent food at all. Disgusting i'm disgusted with this place.

The room was small but comfortable, showing some age. Ideally located as the Main Street was about a block's walk, the hotel is across from the Convention Center. No problems. The faucets for the shower (rm 302) need to be replaced as the valves aren't working well. Check in and out was easy, use of th internet passwords was explained on check in. I would go back.

Pretty rough older rooms. No coffee in rooms. Loud all night. Not any security measures. Open elevator fro outside and can come to any floor. Was very convenient location though. Able to walk to any area on the strip easily. Easy parking areas.

The room was small but sufficient, the AC worked well and the water was very hot. The linens were clean. A decent, basic room. I personally didn't eat the breakfast but it looked pretty weak. Great location for a convention. Overall, if you are looking for the bare-bones room, this is it.

Small room. Clean and comfortable. Good basic option. Good price. Great location. Its not the ritz and don't bother with the breakfast. Plenty of good breakfast places nearby. Free parking in downtown Gatlinburg!

The room itself was not bad, small but not bad. The heater didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. Black mold in the corners excessive black mold behind the shower hot and cold handles. Tub drain plug didn't work & was rusted out. Sink was cracked. Floor of bathroom was filthy in every corner and ceramic tile grout was black with stain & dirt. Bathroom door handle didn't work either. Hot water dispenser in breakfast area dispensed rusty water. Continental breakfast was very limited. Don't stay here pay the extra money and pick another place stay.

This place don’t even have a microwave and the room the tv is old ash let’s not forget the lights are old in isn’t good for a person with epilepsy cause they flicker rapidly and it takes the hot water a long time to heat up the sheets where disgusting honestly won’t let my dog sleep here.

I arrived at shift change and the person at the desk said she was leaving and I would have to wait on the lady that was coming up the hall. Person #1 just left me standing there. Lady #2 was nice but seemed very tired. She put us in the wrong room 4 people-1 bed. She first told me there was nothing she could do about it if I booked through a third party and I would have to contact them. She kept insisting that was the room on my reservation until I showed her my confirmation that clearly stated 2 queen beds and showed the higher price I had paid. She said she would need to “work her magic” to fix it and for us to bring all our stuff back down to the front desk. I asked if we were going to be placed on the first floor, because if not the rest of the family could just wait on second floor- especially since my husband has a bad back and can’t walk far. She repeated that we needed to bring our stuff back down. At that point my husband was in excruciating pain and not very happy. He got down first and spoke to her about the situation. I don’t know what he said to her but she was raising her voice to him and saying not to talk to her about pain because she lived with it every day and if he didn’t stop being ugly to her she was going to call the police. When she finally found another room she said “he’s really not gonna like this but oh well”. It was another room on the second floor all the way down the hall from where we just came from. I would have left if it wasn't so late.

Very dated. The room was not very clean. Walls are thin and did not shut out noise very well. However, the room did have good heating. Their breakfast was also scimpy, and there was some mold in the food I got.

this was horrific. I have pictures that is mind blowing. all the drains in bathroom were clogged and DISGUSTING stuff would come out of drains. There was DOG food all over the floor. BOOGERS on the pillows. I truly cannot believe this place is still in business. Nats all in the kitchen. It’s truly sad. Good location, but Will absolutely never return.

The whole building is absolutely run down. Elevator is terrifying, the free breakfast is granola bars and cereal, every inch of the building is disgusting covered in dirt and grime and who knows what else. Mold in the bathrooms. Our Room didn’t even look like it was cleaned with how dirty our floors were, food on shelves, dust and mold etc. Also, forget about a modern A/C. It’s hot/cold high/low. Along with the mold and dust blowing out of it.

3rd floor door to the stairs was kicked out per housekeeping and covered in plastic. Where cool air was in the hallway.Have photos if you want. Bathroom tub nobs were molded. Carpet was dirty. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Not the greatest or worth the money
The room was outdated and not the cleanest, the beds were uncomfortable and the hotel itself could have been in much better shape. For the price of the room per night I expected much better room and hotel conditions.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the location is perfect if you are wanting to do things in Gatlinburg. But that's the nicest thing I can say about the hotel. It's older and needs renovation. The cleanliness is not great. But if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for a night, then it will do the job.
