방음만 해결되면 굿
매우 작고 아담한 호텔로 잇을건 다 잇고 방도 깔끔하고 직원도 친절했지만...방음이 전혀안됨..샤워소리등 모든것이 다 들림...위치는 마레와 가깝고 메트로역에서 가까우나 역이 상당히 어둡고 지저분햇음..

Staff are friendly and kind. Lobby is nice. Breakfast is served in a quiet room. Decent enough food and coffee. Great location close to Metro. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Room was ok. Not a great hotel for a stay of more than 2 days. We were there for 6 nights. Beds are very hard. Pillows are lumpy. Bathrooms have no fans so get very humid and smelly. Bring toilet paper. What they have in the bathrooms is very rough and no bidet. Room was so very hot at night but the only option was to open the window all the way. You can't just open a touch to let air in. Very quiet at night. Decor was just meh. Not like photos which look much nicer. Rooms feel old but are very clean. The staff do a wonderful job of making up the room each day. If your claustrophobic make sure to get a room a lower floor so you can take the stairs. We were on 5 and the elevator is VERY tiny. Overall ok spot but won't stay here again more than 2 nights.

Boutique Hotel near Canal St Martin
Hotel St Martin Bastille exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with an unusual lobby, lots of books, comfortable seating. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated in a lovely, minimalist style. The neighborhood is convenient, cafes and restaurants and metro are nearby, and the hotel is easily walkable to the Marais and some other tourist sights. The biweekly market across from the hotel was outstanding -- but having rooms looking out onto the market means that you might find your sleep disturbed in the wee hours of the morning as they set the market up. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Wonderful!
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, very clean. Plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. Close to two metro stations. We like to walk and that took about half an hour from the hotel to reach the centre. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding service and welcome from staff! Loved everything about it. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is perfect: plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. Our room was small, like many in Paris, but even for two of us (a mom and a 20yo son), it worked out perfectly. If you have enormous luggage, choose a larger room, but the smallest selection worked just fine for us. We each had a rollaboard-size suitcase (expanded out) and a backpack. I will stay again without the slightest hesitation. Sami and Muhammad at the from desk made sure we had everything we needed. So pleased!

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich! Das Frühstück war gut, es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Die Lage war super! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, man hat kaum Staufläche und es ist sehr hellhörig. Wir würden das Hotel für einen Städtetrip dennoch weiterempfehlen!

Standard double lacks space or an outside view.
The room was tiny with virtually no storage (except for a closet) in either the bedroom or bathroom. The only window faced an enclosed shaft which faced a wall and let in little light. It bore little relationship to the picture shown of the room. But the bed, though a small double, was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well during a heat wave. If you don't mind living out of your suitcase in a very small space it's bearable. It is in a good location for the price but the hotel does look as if it has seen better days.

La chambre standard est petite et la fenêtre est aveugle : en pleine journée il fait toujours noir dans la chambre en lumière naturelle. Si vous prévoyez de recevoir visites dans votre chambre on refusera l'accès aux invités (travail ou autre) sous prétexte de conditions Covid et pour éviter les dégradations ! (il n'y a pas d'état des lieux avant/apres). Dans la salle de bains pas de mitigées mais des robinets mélangeurs (très archaïque pour un 3 étoiles Best western). Bon petit déjeuner

Idiosyncratic hotel with good breakfast.
Good location near metro (Oberkampf - close, and Republique). Small room adequate and bed comfortable. Offered upgrade at 15 euro a night and declined. Tiny two person lift. Great breakfast in attractive basement. Popincourt market in front of hotel on Friday and turn right out of hotel and walk to the canal. Good restaurants closeby. Enjoyed our three nights.

Could be better, it's a shame.
The booking in was excellent. When we got to our room we left bags had a quick wash and went straight out to eat as we had been travelling and were hungry, lots of restaurants in the location. Got back to room and were just getting ready to go to bed, rolled down the duvet and found lots of hairs on the sheet underneath. Other areas around room wasn't that clean either, hence my bedside table. Wasn't happy about this so went to reception and the gentleman swapped our room and upgraded without any question, which I found was very professional, thank you, It is a shame this hotel fell low on my score for the bedroom as the breakfast was really lovely and lots of choice.

Das Zimmer hatte einen Fenster in einem Schacht. Unten am boden des Schachtes, sammeln sich müll und verlorene Socken. Die Tapete kommt von den Wänden. Türknäufe für schrank und nachttisch wurden abgerissen. In der Toilette waren noch bremsspuren vom letzten. Der Boden der Dusche war zerkratzt dadurch gab es sehr scharfe kanten im porzellan. Der rezeptionist beim einchecken hat mehr schlecht als Recht englisch gesprochen. Bei nachfrage ein taxi zu rufen, hat er eins für den falschen tag bestellt, bei richtig stellung der Lage, rief er nicht erneut ein taxi unternehmen an, sonderm sagte nein da gibt es keins, alle reserviert. Mit viel ärger habe ich dann noch ein taxi bestellen können. Der rezeptionist beim ausschecken einen tag früher als gebucht. Hat die tür der lobby abgeschlossen so das wir wartegebühr für das taxi zahlen mussten. Er sprach aufeinmal nurnoch französisch als ich die überfällige touristen taxe zurück haben wollte, da wir ja tage eher abgereist sind als geplant. Daraufhin öffnete er dann die Tür.
