The hotel is clean and I was quite happy with the facilities, except one factor that was central to my booking THIS hotel: despite listing that there was a hot tub, this is not the case. When asked, the staff indignantly told me that the jacuzzi section of the unheated pool was “hot”. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding and misleading listing information, but I cannot believe the indignance of someone to tell me that a 15 degree pool was “hot.”

Great stay at the Hotel Sant Jordi, good breakfast - we dindnt have evening meal but was always busy. A little noisy from the road.

Trevligt och bra hotell
Ett jättetrevligt hotell med sköna sängar, tysta rum, bra frukost och mycket trevlig personal i både receptionen och frukostmatsalen. Det enda negativa vi har att säga är att det var en ganska otrevlig lukt i badrummet (rum 207), tänk en blandning av mögel och svett, som krävde att vi hade badrumsdörren stängd hela tiden för att inte förpestar resten av rummet. I övrigt upplevde vi dock både rum och badrum som rent och fräscht.

The air condition leaks for ALL NIGHT.. terrible The shower water is not stable at all, sometimes very HOT water comes out, and then turn to cold water.. We are living at 3/F floor, once you get out from the lift, there are a step just in front of it, we think it is dangerous if you did not notice it. The breakfast is ok. Overall, not a good experience for us.

I was hesitant at first with the property and the location, but it turned out to be a nice hotel. It’s walking distance to the beach. My room was very nice with balcony. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I hate that the pool was closed by 6pm. The hotel also has a very nice dining hall that provides full service dining with outside seating. Great buffet service. Great Wi-Fi - reliable.

This is a nice location. However, the hotel has SERIOUS problems with their AC system. The first night 3 passengers from different rooms were complaining about the AC. All of us had 28 C in the rooms. We stayed at the loony waiting for them to reset the system and it didn’t work. We had to try to sleep with almost 30 C in the room. You cannot even open the windows because of the mosquitos. That was the first day. The second day I asked if they repaired it and the ensure that everything was ok but at midnight we had again 28 C in the room. I went down to the reception and they have me no answer. They had just two other available rooms but they had the same problem with the AC!!! We didn’t have a choice to sleep for a second time without AC. This was a very bad experience. Maybe I could have understood one day problem but two days in a row is bad. I would never stay here again. Impossible to have some rest here

excelent option. staff is great
well.. this hotel is just 100m from the beach, and 10 minutes from the airport by car/taxi... as it's close to the airport we can hear the planes taking off, although that's minimum.. the hotel is in good condition, the staff is amazing and the food is good!! the breakfast is really good and fresh.

Die Zimmer sehen an sich ganz gut aus (beim Blick aufs Meer sieht’s wunderschön aus) und sind recht neu. Nur leider sehr schmal und man hat wenig Platz, vor allem ist das Bad sehr eng und der Zugang in die Dusche ist direkt hinter der Tür, sodass man erst die Tür zu machen muss und dann erst in die Dusche kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Check-in ist um 13:00, wir kamen aber erst um 14:20 zum Check-in an, bis da war noch alles in Ordnung, doch als wir ins Zimmer kamen, welches offen stand, war nichts gemacht, es war nicht sauber, kein Bett gemacht und einfach nicht fertig. Also durften wir noch eine ganze Stunde warten. Zwar gab es essen und trinken umsonst aber das macht es auch nicht wieder gut. Die Betten sind zweiteilig, steinhart und einfach ungemütlich. Der Putzservice ist wünschenswert. Auch wenn man drei Tage keinen Service in Anspruch genommen hat, wird nur ein Teil der Handtücher erneuert( die übrigens extrem nach Essig riechen), der Mülleimer (nur ein kleiner im Bad) geleert und das Bett, mit der alten Bettwäsche, gemacht. Es wird nicht sauber gemacht, weder im Bad (wo der ganze Sand landet vom Strand), noch im Gang oder am Bett. Zudem ist der Putzservice auch morgens sehr laut und nicht besonders freundlich.

Helemaal top, perfecte service… het was een prachtig hotel voor een mooi prijsje, het zat goed centraal.. ontbijt was goed en lekker.. leuke bar is open tot snachts dus dat is top.. leuke mensen en een perfect hotel zeker een aanrader! TIP huur een fiets bij de boulevardpers kan je overal komen voor maar €6 per dag

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer relativ guten Lage. Das Abendessen war leider kalt und die Auswahl gering (wir hatten nur an einem Abend da gegessen) aber Alles in Allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
