The worst experience thus far. I booked my stay via Expedia. However, when I checked in, I was not informed about an early check-in fee. Particularly, when I asked about it. In addition, I received a call early in the morning from the front desk agent regarding a check in fee. Expedia intervened as well as the manager. Ultimately, the manager apologized for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding
Into the equation, I extended my stay via Expedia. However, once again, the following morning, I receive a phone call from the front desk (the same agent) who stated that if I extend my stay with Expedia, then I would have to leave the room and check back in during check out time. The front desk agent wanted me to check in with the company directly. Expedia intervened again. Ultimately, I checked in (again) directly with the company, only to receive hostile and unprofessional behavior from the same front desk agent
I strongly do not recommend the Quality Inn due to their deplorable display of corporate social responsibility
