Good morning,We were surprised by your comment regarding the hot water in the room, when you asked at reception the receptionist went up to the person concerned and after checking the hot water was burning.there were 6 rooms in this patio and all had hot water.We still prefer to communicate on site and respond directly to your needs, which is easier than on the internet.sorry again

Hello Charles Thank you for the feed back. Our location in the Medina is only 8 mn walk from the main square and as most part of the Medina taxis access is very difficult. The taxis situation is challenging as many streets and alleys are not reachable as less that 2 meters large. It is not like in a modern city. There are 1243 Mosques in the region of Medina and even in the new city the calls for prior are a "surprise" as we are in a muslim country. As you mention when people have dificulties to walk or only just tired Tuktuk are an option and the riad as also as from this week a tutuk electrical for short transfers in the Medina. We also have our local taxi organisation 24/24 and they ALL have acess to the BEN SALEH square one minute walk. You Do NOT get involved in the cost as fix prices which go to your room account. Sorry if this was not clearly explain when you were on site.

Hi John Thanks a lot. When issue wifi next time TELL us ...we know what to do do and ALSO we have independant routers for personal use in case some guests need strong needs ofr wifi....next time .

Bonjour, je vous remercie sincèrement pour vos commentaires élogieux sur la cuisine de Fatiha. Nous avons eu UN commentaire négatif en 15 ans alors vous êtes je penses dans la bonne moyenne...et dans le vrai. Pour le bruit vous avez aussi raison....Il nous est difficile de demander muezzin de baisser le volume de ses 3 hauts parleurs et SEUL un bâtiment moderne aux normes sophistiquées anti bruit pourrait atténuer ces "nuisances sonores"... Vous avez eu de la chance car parfois hélas certains clients ne sont pas disciplinés et peuvent être bruyants... c est l'inconvénient des riads a coté de tout leur charme et tranquillité "relative"... merci encore
