괜찮은 숙소.
방에 냉장고가없었어요.그러나 타올은 넉넉히 줬습니다.바로숙소앞 카페테리아에서 음식을먹을수있어서 편합니다. 소음이 좀 있습니다. 숙소 체크아웃후 짐을보관해줍니다. 관광지에서 도보로 걸어갈정도의 거리입니다. 샤워기부스가 위에서 내려오는 고정식이라 불편합니다.주인은 친절합니다.

Worst room ever. I paid more than 300 euro for three nights. But the room condition never worth it. Dusts were everywhere. I sneezed non-stop when I’m in the room. I’m never coming back for it.

너무 좋아요
근처 역이 운행하지 않았지만 조금만 걸어도 바티칸을 제외하면 모두 볼 수있습니다. 호스트께서 지도에 하나하나 관광지와 루트를 추천해 주셔서 효율적으로 지낸거 같습니다.

다음에도 또 숙박할 의향 잇음
친절한 스텝, 깨끗하고 적당한 가격의 추천할만한 호텔. 딱 필요한것만 잇음. 키친이나 따로 식사 장소는 없음. 다시 로마 가도 숙박할 의향잇음 아주 유일한 단점은 엘레베이터가 1-2층 사이만 작동하고 0층에서 1층 사이 그리고 몇개의 계단을 올라가야하지만 별문제가 되지 않음

가성비 훌륭함
엘리베이터가 없는점이 불편했음. 그리고 전용 화장실이 방밖에 있어서 불편했음. 이외에는 시설도 좋고 침대도 넓고 직원들도 친절해서 좋았음.

도심에 위치해서 관광하기에 편리한 호텔
주요 관광지를 도보로 이용 가능하며, 지하철역도 30초 이내의 거리로 매우 가까움. 아파트형 호텔로 간단한 조리시설을 갖추고 있으며, 호텔 매니저가 매우 친절하고 요청사항에 대해서도 언제든지 적극적으로 응대하여 줌. 체크아웃 이후 항공기 출발시간까지 무료로 짐을 보관해 줘서 매우 편리했으며, 다음에 또 로마에 가게 되면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶을 정도로 매우 만족함.

It was great to stay here!!
It is an apartment residence that has the traditional Italian residence. It is the unique experience to stay in the Italian apartment. It has a spacious so that it can be suitable for the family staying. However, the shower booth is small and a little uncomfortable to take a shower. Except that, it is the good place to stay and convenient to approach the tour places from the hotel.

좋은 위치와 깨끗한 객실
일단 위치가 무척 좋지만, 건물 전체가 호텔이 아니라는 점은 약간 불편했어요. 하지만 크게 거슬릴만한 수준은 아니었고, 방 상태나 서비스는 무척 만족합니다.

다른 호텔에 묵었습니다
미리 일정을 메일로 통보하고, 비행기가 지연 출발해서 늦게 도착하는 것도 양해를 구했는데, 픽업서비스도 없었고, 호텔도 다른 곳으로 안내받았습니다. 직원은 매우 친절하게 응대해줬습니다만, 익스피디아 가격이 계속 변해서 원래 예약했던 것을 취소하고 30% 이상 싼 가격에 다시 예약을 한 것이 원인이었던 것 같습니다. 라 피콜라 메이슨으로 예약을 받아, 같이 운영하는 다른 아파트먼트에 소개하는 방식이 아닌가 싶습니다. 직원은 자기가 예약을 잘못해 이렇게 되었다고 종이를 보여줬습니다만, 2015년 예약한 것이였습니다. 언어가 낯설면 그냥 넘어가게 될 것 같습니다. 호텔을 예약할 때 사진을 보고 선호하는 형태의 방을 고르는 만큼, 이런 식의 운영은 바람직하지 않다고 봅니다. 제가 묵었던 곳은 익스피디아에는 올라와 있지 않은 곳이었습니다.

강추! 안전하고 편안한 숙소입니다.!
바베르니역하고도 가깝고 주변 관광지로의 도보이용 및 지하철/버스이용이 편했습니다. 떼르미니역이 위험하다고 해서 일부러 이근처로 잡았는데 좋은 선택이었던 것 같습니다. 큰 거리에 있기 때문에 골목골목들어갈일이 없어서 혼자여행하는 입장에서 더욱 좋았습니다. 별도욕실이 있는 룸을 이용했는데 룸/욕실 모두 깔끔하고 매일 청소가 되어 좋았습니다. 물도 2병 매일 제공해줍니다. 그리고, 리셉션에 바바라가 굉장히 친절했으며, 관광을 위한 최상의 지도를 선물해주었습니다. ㅎㅎ 이용 시 개인전용출입카드를 주어서 개인적으로는 편했고, 주변소음도 창문을 닫으면 문제가 되지 않습니다. 다만, 방안에 커피포트가 없다는건 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 엘리베이터는 없지만 짐이 많지 않아 큰문제가 되지 않았고 체크인/체크아웃할 때 짐을 들어주어 불편하지는 않았습니다.

Fantastic hotel in Rome
This is an excellent lodging in Rome. All the monuments in Rome are within walking distance or within two~three subway station distance. The area is full of good restaurants and amenities which make you very comfortable. Barbara and Girogio who are the owner of this hotel are very freindly and you can feel that you are at your home.

La struttura è in posizione strategica, è possibile girare il centro a piedi ma c’è anche la fermata della metro a due passi. Il personale non è presente fisicamente ma è comunque sempre disponibile telefonicamente per qualsiasi problema. Camere in linea con la tipologia di struttura, pulizia e riordino tutti i giorni. C’è a disposizione una macchietta del caffè e un bollitore con vari tè e tisane. Unico neo: è al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma a parte questo la consiglio senza dubbio.

Pleasant and quiet place to stay. Great for travellers who want to be exploring by foot. The location was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and with no safety concerns. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Had a wonderful stay! Hotel is near plenty of great cafes and places to eat. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum with plenty of things to see along the walk. Would highly reccomend

Excellent location ! Quiet street. You can easily walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Otherwise metro station at 75 meters. Friendly staff, fast communication. Patrizio will make sure you have a pleasant stay.

The Piccola Maison is a cute place located in the fancy Via Veneto. It is an apartment that was renovated and was made into rooms to rent, so it not a hotel, it does not have reception ( we actually never saw the staff, only the cleaning lady), but Patrizio was always available on Whatsapp if we needed to talk to him, and he was very nice and polite. The rooms are not fancy and are pretty small, but they were quiet, safe and pretty clean. The Piccola Maison is located at walking distance from Barberini metro stop and a taxi stop in front of hotel Bernini ( there are not many taxis available early morning due to work/school run, but there is good availability during the rest of the day). Fontana di Trevi is at walking distance, also Palazzo Barberini and Galleria Borghese. Since this area is very fancy, restaurants are very expensive and tend to cater to American tourists, so you can see things like hamburgers and sushi in the menus which is not what we were looking for (we are from California, but we like authentic Italian food while in Italy). However, there were 2 excellent restaurants closeby that had authentic Italian food and were at reasonable prices (both around the corner, one at the top of the stairs and the other one at the bottom of the stairs). Breakfast is not offered at the Piccola maison but the bar downstairs offers breakfast. The lift was not working when we went to the Piccola maison, and the place is located on the third floor.

Overall the room was nice, but much smaller than we expected. The stairs were the toughest part of the stay. Not the walking , but the luggage. The main thing I would say to be concerned with of you have heavy luggage like we do. The location was great and within a few minutes of the metro. Close to attractions and nice restaurants. Great little shops up and down the main road. I would stay again if I had less luggage

Nao consigo entender as avaliacoes do hotel nesse site. Me baseei nisso e em funcao da expectativa foi bem frustrante. Ja estive em outros hoteis em Roma, e sei que sao caros, antigos e simples, de um modo geral. Falar que tem elevador, mas que esse esta inativo para a segurancas dos hospedes, na pratica, e nao ter. Mesma coisa que o frigobar. Tem tambem, mas infelizmente nao funciona. Foi reclamado e disseram que nada podiam fazer. Ao final, me deram o desconto de uma pequena taxa de turismo cobrada pela cidade. Preferia o frigobar funcionando quando a temperatura estava 35 graus. Talvez eu tenha tido ´´azar´´ .

Voor wie een twee sterrenhotel zonder extraatjes wilt vlak bij een bruisende winkelstraat, de Trevi fontein en leuke restaurantjes is dit een goed plaatsje - zonder luxe, maar met een degelijk bed, airco en badkamer. De verantwoordelijke voor dit plaatsje is supervriendelijk en betrouwbaar.
