I had reported online to the hotel our arrival time and I also called the hotel the afternoon of our check in to let them know the time. When we arrived the hotel was closed and no one was there to let us in, even though we confirmed arrival time. We stood outside in the rain trying to look up the phone number to call and randomly someone walked by and asked if we were trying to get into the hotel . He told us he worked at the hotel but was off today but would help us. He let us in and looked around and found us keys that had been set aside for our check in. The hotel advertises Wifi, but it does not connect in all the rooms. I tried connecting Wifi in the lobby but was told you cannot use Chrome (so make sure you have another browser downloaded) and it was a complicated process where you had to log in, make an account, set up a password, etc, all to just get wifi. Needless to say we were never able to connect while we were there. It would have been nice to be able to research our plans for the next day and book our next hotel.

You get what you pay for.
Great location, close to free parking and walking distance to everything in the old town section. The room had very high ceilings, a fireplace, and cozy appearance, but the furnishings were incredibly worn and stained. We had a shared balcony, but only a fairly thin curtain to cover the window, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The biggest complaint was the bathroom. There was a tub, but only a hand-held shower head, which didn't have enough hose length to reach my head (I'm 5'8", my husband is 6'3"). Location was excellent, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Hôtel sans prétention, ce qui est honnête de sa part, et très bien situé. Accueil aimable mais inexistant à compter de 20 h. Seule la chambre 4 vaut la peine car elle donne sur le beffroi de la cathédrale. Les autres n'ont aucune vue. Les photographies de la chambre dotée d'un balconnet sont trompeuses: elle donne en fait sur un patio intérieur étroit, obscure et bruyant le matin. La personne qui fait le ménage ignore apparemment qu'il n'est pas inutile de nettoyer le sol. Une quantité impressionnante de moutons de poussière et de longs cheveux noirs nous attendaient dans notre chambre qu'il a fallu nettoyer une bonne dizaine de minutes avant de s'y installer. Le prix est modeste, c'est vrai (76 euros), mais quand même...

このホテルは、旧市街の中心部にあるという絶好のロケーションにあり、フロントのスタッフも愛想よくサービスが良い。しかしながら、部屋のシャワー･洗面所の水がすぐに暖かくならず、しばらく出しっぱなしにしなければならないので不便だった。さらに部屋のタオルが、どれもこれも古くて臭いので、全部交換したらどうかと思った。

The location was fantastic, price very good and staff very helpful. We had hoped to prepare a meal in our room but as no food was allowed to be brought in, we made use of one of the many delightful restaurants nearby for dinner. As we were only staying overnight it didn't cause a problem at all.

hotel à retenir
hotel très bien situé dans le vieil Albi. Chambre confortable et bon petit déjeuner. Mais c'est surtout l'accueil qui est remarquable par une femme très aimable, et compétente.

Agréable et de qualité
Très bon accueil, très bon emplacement pour visiter le vieux centre et le musée Toulouse-Lautrec mais places de parking restreintes: 2 très étroites dans une vieille grange . Très bon petit-déjeuner avec du bon pain de boulanger et des produits bio et locaux.

酒店房間小小，但頗舒適，職員英語能力雖然不太好，仍熱心提供協助，地點適中，出行方便，唯一可惜是沒有升降機。

Très bonne situation et personnel serviable. Un manque de chance, le petit déjeuner avec une pénurie de viennoiserie, panne de la machine à café ... mais heureusement la réceptionniste a su réagir très rapidement, tout est bien qui fini bien (un petit déjeuner finalement satisfaisant), son sourire et son service ont sauvés ce matin qui s'annonçait décevant. Merci à elle ! Des incidents peuvent parfois arriver, quand le personnel a à cœur de vous apporter un service de qualité on oublie les petits désagréments temporaires.
