1. 주인(인도계 부부)이 상당히 불친절하다. 2. 객실이 더럽다. 애들이 실내화 안신고 카펫을 돌아다녔더니 정말로 발이 새까매졌다. 놀라울 정도였다.

Hotel overall was fine, was a bit annoying waiting for the staff to open the door so I could check in or out. Had to wait a few minutes and ring the doorbell twice for staff to answer.

This is our third stay here and we will always stay here as it’s in a good location. It’s quiet and although it needs updating (which they are working on in February 2024) it’s good for busy travellers who only really need the basics. We will definitely stay again.

This was a bad experience for my partner and I. Cons: - the staff was hyper rude and unwelcoming - there was crumbs of food on our bed when we arrived (the room had clearly not been cleaned) - parking was tight and unsafe - when asked for room service, they never responded - place reeked of cigarettes and Indian spices (which i love the smell of at an Indian restaurant, not in my hotel room) - there were boxes stacked in the hallways we had to maneuver around - vending machines were all broken Pros: - conveniently located - affordable in comparison to other places in the location Recommendation: I say pay more for somewhere better. This place was a joke.

I stayed for 4 days and it was easy to check in and out and the room service was amazing, every time i would leave out for a while i would come back with my room clean and everything restocked. First look i was second guessing a little bit but i got comfortable and didn’t have any problems

The outside pictures do not match this property. Staff very nice but super sketchy. Didn’t stay. Payed the money but left almost immediately as we did not feel safe

El hotel es pequeño, hay poco lugar para estacionarse, en la habitación habían 3 camas pero muy amontonado, las bases de las camas están viejas y sueñan mucho cuando uno está acostado, te mueves tantito y hace un escándalo que despiertas a todos, no había suficientes enchufes para conectar cargadores, solicitamos toallas y almohadas porque no había suficientes y solo nos dieron toallas, porque no tenían almohadas extras, la persona de recepción siempre con mala cara y contestando con malos modos, muy poca actitud de servicio, a lo mejor estaba cansada porque la vimos día y noche los 4 días que estuvimos ahí, no tienen plancha en la habitación, así que tienes que ir por ella a recepción, tienen buen internet y está ubicado en buen lugar. Las fotos que muestran en la página no son del hotel, al menos no como está ahorita.

Um hotel bem localizado para ficar em Los Angeles
A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é bem localizado. Fica a poucos minutos de caminhada do The Grove e Farm's Market. Também é próximo de Beverly Hills e Hollywood (poucos minutos de carro). O hotel é simples, mas possui o suficiente para uma boa estadia. Tem frigobar e microondas, o que permite fazer café da manhã no quarto, já que não é oferecido pelo hotel. O quarto tem um bom tamanho para casal. O ponto negativo é que tem poucas vagas de estacionamento, que de qualquer forma ficam na rua. Se chegar e não tiver vaga pode deixar na rua mesmo, mas até certa hora, pois depois é cobrado.

When booking our stay at this Beverly Inn Hotel / Motel, the reason for making this choice was because the price seemed reasonable. However, upon arrival, we discovered there was nowhere to park our work vehicles. In order to check in, we found a temporary place to park. When entering the building to check in, the Lobby / Check In Office was very warm and uncomfortable making it even hard to breath. Once we checked in and were given access to the room, we were met with not only a foul odor but with no towels to take a shower. Because we had to find a place to park our vehicles, we left and searched for a safe parking spot to no avail. We could not stay at this location and had to book our stay at another hotel. Because we decided not to stay I had requested a refund but I have not yet heard back from Expedia. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this whole situation and would appreciate a reply back from Expedia about getting a refund as we did not stay at this very dirty and disgusting hotel that could not even accommodate parking for my vehicles.

This place could be so great if the owners put in the effort to make it presentable and clean. Lots of marks, stains etc, reused toiletries, thin as hell towls. Its in a nice neabourhood with some great restaurants. Shame that the owner hasn't done anything to make it nice!

From the moment I approached the hotel, I was filled with a sense of excitement. Little did I know that my experience would turn into a string of uncomfortable and downright rude encounters, forcing me to check out on the day I checked in. The Check-In Debacle Upon arrival, the check-in process itself was the first red flag. I was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested in assisting me. The lack of professionalism was palpable. However, I was shocked when I was asked for a cash deposit. In this age of digital payments and card transactions, insisting on a cash deposit felt not only outdated but also raised concerns about the safety and transparency of such a transaction. I travel frequently, and this was the first time I've encountered such a demand. I was uneasy about the management's intentions and the hotel's financial stability. Rude Remarks: A Taint on Hospitality While the cash deposit request took me aback, what followed was even more unsettling. During my interaction with the front desk, I overheard a few staff members making rude and inappropriate comments. While they might have believed their whispers were inaudible, I could clearly discern their words, and it was evident they were discussing guests, including myself. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, not judged or ridiculed. An Unbearable Stench Hoping that the worst was behind me, I headed to my room, eager. Imadesure to get my B$$$.

Hotel bem localizado rua tranquila, quarto limpo. O hotel é com a mobília antiga mas cumpre a função que é só para dormir, a geladeira funciona super bem, o chuveiro tbm é muito bom! Faltou só uma cafeteira para um café pela manhã como em outros hotéis que ficamos aqui no EUA

I booked a family room for my friends and I. This was my first time checking into a motel, the staff was patient with me. They also were kind to explain rules and payment process. I also made sure to be honest and told him how many guests I had. Since it only 5 heads per room we ordered another room for a reasonable price. The bathroom was average but I also understand this building is outdated and older. Although the room itself it gives a nice vintage vibe. I appreciate that the property and the parking spaces were under surveillance. It made us feel safer. For the reasonable price I would say overall the experience was great!

Al di là della struttura in sé che è datata e non ben curata, quello che più ci ha indisposto è che alle 2 di notte il sistema di rilevazione dei fumi della camera ha iniziato ad emettere un suono fastidiosissimo. Abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria la quale è venuta a vedere, ha tentato di smontare l'allarme ma poi ha dovuto pensarci mio marito! La signora si è limitata a dirci che putroppo "a volte capita" in quanto probabilmente le batterie si stavano esaurendo. Abbiamo quindi passato la notte insonne... Al mattino la stessa proprietaria al momento del check out, non si è nemmeno scusata per l'accaduto, né tanto meno si è offerta di scontarci qualcosa dal prezzo! Questa è stata l'ospitalità del soggiorno.

God beliggende og godt værelse til par.
Fint, stort værelse med god plads. God beliggende tæt på Hollywood, men i den pænere del af byen. Rigtig hyggeligt boligområde tæt på. Vi var meget tilfredse.

This place is a total dump. Mold in the shower, bath towels that should have been thrown out a long time ago, walls that need to be re painted, old carpet, I could go on and on. If they need money, they should rent the rooms out for horror films, it’s perfect.

adequate budget motel
Beverly Inn was adequate; it provided the necessary equipment at a budget feel. The stains and visual of not being updated was obvious, but the real issue for me was the lack of quiet when anyone was in the proximity of my room. There was a visible gap around the door, and sound carried in the courtyard, so that lead to a noisy experience. The motel requires you to sign and acknowledge that there are NO guests on property who are not registered, and NO illegal activities. That is all well and good, and perhaps to guests' advantage, but it set the tone that lead me to cancel a future reservation, as I may perhaps have wanted to have family sit in the courtyard - which looked quaint, but the chairs & table were removed by the time I left - so moot point. Overall it was affordable and got the job done; near a lot of places of interest.
