Nice and supportive staff, hotel is close to the highway which makes it a perfect hotel for 1 night during a longer travel. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the room itself is tiny.

Radins sur le papier toilette ?
Je suis resté 2 nuits dans la même chambre. Quand je suis arrivé, j'ai été étonné de ne trouver qu'un rouleau de papier toilette presque vide et seulement 1 seul neuf en complément. Mais quand je suis revenu le lendemain, j'ai pu constater que la femme de ménage était bien passée mais n'avait pas rajouté de papier toilette alors que j'avais bien laissé en évidence le rouleau vide et que le rouleau restant était à moitié vide. J'ai pu faire avec mais en cas de problème ça aurait pu être extrêmement gênant, surtout si nous avions été effectivement 2 dans cette chambre pour 2.

This place is good to stay because it was close to the Geneva airport as it was cheaper to stay in France then staying in Switzerland. Room was small only good to use it as a transit hotel.

Conforme aux Ibis... les chambres sont vraiment petites. Il ne faut pas être 2! C'est OK pour un séjour fonctionnel d'une nuit. C'est tellement moins cher que sur Genève mais c'est un environnement de ZI, sans intérêt et moche. Petit-déjeuner sympa.

Joli hôtel , propre mais quelques détails : Pas de linges dans la chambre (la dame à la réception m’en a amené après avoir appelé) Juste un produit dans la douche (produit de douche , shampoing , je ne sais pas) La chambre est propre mais très petite. Grand parking, accueil aimable

Tres bien
Accueil très sympa, un hotel propre avec un parking tres propre. Une entrée avec un petit cote recyclage et l Accueil tres grand et proche et classe .le personnel au top et les femmes de ménage nickel. Je recommande cette hotel.la chambres tres bien aussi.

The room was dusty, surfaces not clean, bathroom old and also not clean. I found a blood stain on the bed sheet. There was a bad smell, something decaying in the room, so we had to have the window open at all times - until the number of mosquitoes was unbearable. Air on did not work, just made a loud noise. Avoid at all costs the location is isolated and hotel run down. We left early

However why didn't you just ask to change rooms at the reception? there is a 24-hour receptionist to deal with any issues customers may have.For the location of the hotel, just look on the hotel page or call us or send us an email for information, you are the one who chose the hotel and therefore its location.Best regards,Olivier

Good Canadian franchise hotel. The Management are very knowledgeable, so they are not too bad, front desk were very nice and few music super stars like these convenient hotel for staying the long weekend in the border of France and kind of close to Geneva.

Je me suis fait balader pour avoir demandé de mettre les consommations sur la chambre et on m a expliqué que aucun hôtel de France ferait cela je rappel que je fais au moins 180 nuits d hôtel par an ! Seul avantage, bien placé. Mais personnel incompétent. Refuse de fournir une facture officielle et légale car réservé et payé chez hotels.com. INNACCEPTABLE et PAS LEGAL. Soit disant le personnel ne savait pas!! Pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner car mes horaires ont été avancés. REFUS DE REMBOURSER car payés d'avance. C'est du VOL. Tres mauvaise image de la chaine.

Un séjour plaisant à souhait.
Points positifs : accueil efficace et professionnel, chambre fonctionnelle et bien équipée, petit-déjeuner de très grande qualité et très copieux avec une très grande variété de produits dans un lieu de restauration très propre, service du petit-déjeuner impeccable avec un réapprovisionnement constant en aliments et boissons, parking sécurisé et gratuit très appréciable, personnel très courtois et prévenant le matin. Points négatifs : propreté des draps (tâches et poils) et des serviettes (tâches) discutable, quantité de gel douche très limitée même pour une personne dès l’arrivée dans la chambre.

We have stayed here several times before. The rooms have been upgraded and are now much more pleasant. Shower is hot and powerful, and the windows actually open a bit – unusual in chain hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. The one thing I regret is they closed the restaurant, which was always so convenient. There are a couple of places over the bridge next to the cinema which we have used: the Au Bureau bistro is always full and has reasonably priced, delicious food and friendly staff. We walk our dogs in the area at the side of the hotel on the right – a nice field and wooded area in the grounds of a conference centre. No-one seems to mind. Very convenient stopping place if you're on a long journey, and a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. What's not to like?
