Considero de mal gusto el que no se limpie la habitación diariamente, llegamos en la noche y encontramos que las camas seguían sin tender; al preguntar en la administración, se concretaron a comentar que solo hacían el aseo cada dos días. Increíble para un hotel con estas tarifas.

The service and room were good. The bed was great and slept like a baby. The property is over 20 years old and it's starting to show. Continental breakfast a bare minimum for the price we paid. The Staybridge next door is newer and may try that next time.

La habitación no estaba a temperatura agradable constantemente. Debido a que el AC tiene un termostato, es normal que encienda el AC y luego de apague, y así sucesivamente. Al arrancar el AC hace mucho frio y no se puede estar cerca del difusor, incluso el aire frio llega hasta la cama. Considero utilizar la tecnología INVERTER.

Devolución
Hice la reservación y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles y cancelaron la reservacion pero el cargo ya se habia hecho. Tuve que hacer una nueva reservacion y sigo sin recibir la devolucion de la primera.

Todo me encantó! La ubicación está excelente, tienes todo cerca de ti. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. Definitivamente me hospedaré en este hotel para mi siguiente estancia.

There was no glass for drinking water, there was no hot water in the Bathroom sink. Patching around a water pipe in the bathroom was messy and apeared to be done by a child.

The property was nice and so were the rooms. There is a nice pool and courtyard area and lots of parking. There is a golf course and a bird sanctuary across the street and and a shopping center adjacent. The staff was very accommodating to my travel plan changes.

Terrivle experiencia al final de un dia exaustivo meterte a una cama con olor a sudor de otra persona es de verdad asqueroso ... he sabido de hoteles que eacosumbran hacer esto disque para "ayudar al planeta y la conservacion de recursos naturales " pero es en tealidad muy desagradable sabanas sucias o muy mal lavadas en todo caso. No vuwlov jamaz a este hotel

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para comentarnos de su estancia. Cada habitacion tiene sabanas recien labadas para cada huesped nuevo. No estoy segura que fue lo que paso en su caso pero lo comentare con la hefa de ama de llaves.

Nos hospedamos por 2 noches y por ese motivo no nis hicieron la limpieza en la habitación argumentando q solo la hacen para clientes q se hospedan mas de 3 noches!!!!!! Pésimo, en ningún lado me dijeron tal cosa, no en la app de expedia, ni en el hotel cuando hice el check in, así q llegamos a las 19 pm y la habitación sucia, su. Toallas limpias y las mojadas ahí amontonadas, con basura los botes 😡
