The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite. There was an issue with the internet when I arrived due to the recent storm surge in the area. We worked as a team to get me checked in and he gave me some information about the restaurants in the neighborhood. He is an exemplary example of going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I was scared going in after I booked the stay I saw bad reviews! This place has been updated! There was no problems during our stay! The pool was open however we did not use it, the hot tub was closed and has been. There was a sign about installing a new roof over the pool and maybe that’s why it was closed before, as it was open while we were there, I’m not sure I didn’t ask! The staff was very friendly!! The room had hardwood flooring! The beds looked new and were clean! The breakfast was juice and cereal, oatmeal packets, there was a McDonald’s super close tho. I would definatly stay here again!!!
