Bottom Rung Motel
This hotel is pretty old and has not been kept up very well. The towels were the most worn I have ever seen in a hotel. There was mold in the showers. The rooms are loud and you can hear every word in the adjacent rooms and every foot step creaked and clattered in the room above us. We were visiting family and will probably stay in a hotel in this area again in the near future. It won't be this one.

On arrival the clerk who I believe is the owner was very rude. Mini fridge was turned off, hot tub was not in use, and pool area was completely closed down unless requested to "save money". Could not use the fridge for hours. Never got to use the hot tub which was advertised, and had to hunt someone down to ask about the pool so they could open it up and turn the lights on. Only 2 towels in room for 4 guests. Questionable people just hanging out outside and in lobby.

One of the employees was very unprofessional when it was time for check out. He accused me and my family of trashing a room and all the linens even though the linens were terribly stained once we arrived to the room. And when I proceeded with asking him to show me the linens, he took me to the linens room and showed me a single folded sheet that was ready to go back onto a bed.

I was scared going in after I booked the stay I saw bad reviews! This place has been updated! There was no problems during our stay! The pool was open however we did not use it, the hot tub was closed and has been. There was a sign about installing a new roof over the pool and maybe that’s why it was closed before, as it was open while we were there, I’m not sure I didn’t ask! The staff was very friendly!! The room had hardwood flooring! The beds looked new and were clean! The breakfast was juice and cereal, oatmeal packets, there was a McDonald’s super close tho. I would definatly stay here again!!!

No pool don’t advertise pool available!
Very disappointed. Pool only available 11am-9pm. Did not get in until 10pm was looking forward to a swim in the am. Not open until 11am and checkout is 11am. NO notification on website or during check in. No notification hot tub unusable as well. Terrible communication!

First room had bed bugs in it so we were moved to the other end of the building. The beautiful pool that is shown on the website is BS, it had mold in it, and the jacuzzi has been tarped over since covid the desk guy said. I guess it is a cheap enough place to stay but it is old and outdated.

Can't rate other than terrible. I called ahead to tell them I would be arriving late. I wanted to make sure since I was driving 6 hours I'd have a room. When I got there at 2a they had cancelled my room. They couldn't get me a room because it was booked and they were doing night audit. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place

Stay away…dirty and unsafe
Hotel had mold in the ac unit. Blood spot on the wall and the lock was broken. Not only did the hotel suck but so does hotels.com. When I called they said I should have told the front desk. Sorry but pointing out the obvious is not my job. Plus no one was at the front desk…probably cleaning up from breakfast. Nope there wasn’t any coffee and the same old cereal was out for days. Joke of a hotel.

We were lied to. I specifically called the property to inquire about the hot tub and pool. The desk clerk assured me they were working and open until 10. When we checked in, the same clerk I talked to earlier, Dival, now tells me the hot tub hasn’t worked in a year and that the pool closed at 9 pm. 😡

No functioning pool or whirlpool as advertised. Breakfast was just cereal, no hot foods available. Property appears run down and not maintained or updated at all

No breakfast other than cereal which was a little inconvenient when told otherwise, but there's a McDonald's next door so we still got breakfast for the kids. Pool was a little unkept and dirty and smaller one was out of order, which sucks because we were traveling with kids & that's one of the reasons we booked there. But overall, facility was nice, clean, quiet, staff was nice and professional. Wouldn't mind to stay there again.

For a non smoking hotel soon as you open door it smelled so bad. There were ant and bug sticky traps very visible with bugs on it. Highly disturbing.Never again

Stay at your own risk!!
I had stayed at this hotel before (a few yrs ago) but this time around was very DISAPPOINTED. 1. we walked in and the front desk area smelled awful 2. The one room had a bad odor and the walls were brown from not being cleaned 3. Both rooms the bathrooms had mold around around the showers, and the exhauste fans were so dirty they didn't work properly 4. There were roach sticky pads behind the beds( roaches were stuck there) 5. The pool area left a lot to be desired, the hot tub was partially drained with caution tape around it the out side area was grown up in weeds with trash laying around. 6. AC units in each room were completely FILTHY dirty. In the future i would rather sleep in my vehicle then stay here!

It was good enough for a cheap hotel. It was kind of a throw back because it looked like it was still trapped in the 80s. The staff is super nice but yea, that place needs a face lift and they need to work on keeping it clean.

The property states they have a pool. They do not have one for use. After arriving and prepaying, we were informed they did not have one and were not given a refund. I will not stay at any more Days Inns.
