1층 귀네스가 최고였습니다.
모든 면에서 만족 스러웠고 특히 1층 식당에서 음식과 맥주를 24시간 먹을 수 있는 게 가장 좋았습니다.

The staff at Ibis Queens Quarter were very friendly, helpful and are really the best aspect of this hotel. The location is perfect for a trip to Belfast. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Gosh I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. But the cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. There was no soap in the shower, and the shower was filthy. I was so disgusted by the condition of the place.

Sparkling clean, pleasant, comfortable.
It's a converted older building near Queens University. I had a great view over the rooftops. Has those weird lunar module bathrooms. For the price it would have good to have proper cups rather than paper, and a fridge. But I understand financial and pandemic challenges

It was a good location, close to restaurants a bars and places to visit. Other guests weren't that considerate of keeping noise down at night.

Bad Hotel
The staff had no control of customers requirements, told the hotel had Irons, this was not the case we got offered 4 irons all where damaged and did not work, it was a case of back and too the reception, eventually i sat in the bar and waited for one to be supplied. it was never going to happen, can't raise a Purchase order over the weekend? so i asked could i fix one of the irons by using parts off others to make one good one. bye now 4 hours out of our day had gone. asked for food told they didn't have any. then they indicated the fridge was off, then after further discussion's they eventually found food and made use panini, curry, chips & pizza (what was all that about). the hair dyers in 3 out of the 4 family rooms over heated and you continually had to wait for the thermostat to reset before the ladies could dry their hair. too many small issues but generally extremely poor for £233.00 for two nights for a standard room.

Manager very rude
The manager Rebecca Tyagi was very rude and did not make us feel welcome at all. I had 4 rooms booked and 3 of them were not ready for check in and we had to wait at hour for them to be cleaned. Do not recommend this hotel for a family or group booking. I was extremely disappointed.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and did all the could to help you. Location is very good for eateries. Parking facilities are pretty good, if there’s no space outside the hotel you are allowed to park in the hotel down the road. Only negative I had was that we were checked into a room that could not possibly have been cleaned sufficiently as there was a pair of stale contact lenses on the bedside cabinet. Under normal circumstances I would be a bit miffed but just throw them away, however because of the Coronavirus I was particularly angry because it showed that the room had not been cleaned well at all. I would expect rooms to be cleaned significantly during these times so was very disappointed to find that it had been left in this way for me to check in to, for a 5 night stay, whereby no cleaning is carried out during your stay. I reported it to the front desk and they were again very good, moving us into a different room straight away.
