The worst Marriott I’ve ever been too ! The pool is so small hot tub was covered the ceiling in the pool room peaked on your head ! The Bristo is a joke and they didn’t have a dinner restaurant as stated !!! I definitely got roped off spending that kind of money for something worse than a comfort inn

Easy to find, easy to park. Quiet. Very clean. Restaurants right near by as well as a gas station. Great for a quick stop during a road trip.

We stayed here while I was recovering from surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. We had stayed here last March for a previous surgery. We stayed in a suite last time and it was great. This time we stayed in a regular room and it was definitely less enjoyable. The bathroom was not completely clean. It took forever for the water to get hot. The pillows were very flat and the mattress was way too soft. I couldn't get comfortable on it and ended up sleeping on the sofa. We chose this hotel because of the location with all of the nearby restaurants, gas station, pharmacy etc. It's also an easy drive to the hospital. I will be back for follow up in April and we will probably stay there again but in another suite. No complaints about the staff though I didn't have much interaction with them. They did ship back my winter boots that got left behind. I just had to pay for it.

We felt safe and comfortable. The room was well maintained and spotless when we arrived. Although close to the freeway, we were not bothered by noise. There were several dining options nearby. The on-site restaurant needs work, as it was understaffed with a single worker manning the counter and (apparently) doing the cooking.

Hotel is surrounded by everything you could ever need. Parking was a little scarce but it could have just been a busy weekend.

I couldn’t sleep because of temperature fluctuations due to HVAC issues. The third floor hallway was 83 Fahrenheit and the AC unit in the room would not cool unless on the maximum setting, then it was too cold. So I had to constantly adjust it throughout the night. The pool was filthy, very cloudy water, hair and band aids everywhere and it smelled bad. No chlorine odor at all. Hot tub was decommissioned. There was black mold growing on the tiles in one corner of the room, peeling paint, rust and deteriorating ceiling all around the pool area, it was very sketchy. Most importantly a drain cover in the pool was missing which presents an injury or drowning risk. Staff was sympathetic but could not refund any money because I booked through Expedia. The quality of my experience was not up to the Marriott standard and I felt like I was ripped off. Whoever owns this building is clearly not paying to maintain it. Never again.

breakfast is not included in the stay at the hotel, i thought they might offer something for guests. One bottle of water and a small bag of chips at check for 3 people really is a joke. Would be nice if they had a pool heat that works. .

Overall the stay was good. Check-in staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast at the “bistro” was sub-par. For the prices, the food did not match up, the options were very limited. Asked for fruit on French toast, was told they were out of fruit. Asked for inlet, was told they only had eggs, nothing else to go with it. Coffee was like motor oil, then was told it would take a while to brew a new pot. Very disappointed, ended up driving down the road to McDonalds to get breakfast.

pleasant customer service
We stopped in on a family roadtrip and had a pleasant experience. They had a baby bed ready for us after I called ahead. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The manager was especially kind to us at the breakfast cafe. Would stay again!

Hotel advertised "newly renovated pool and Hot tub" pool area dirty, hot tub empty. Renovation not even started. Pool itself was unheated. I Chose this hotel based on advertised amenities. Not Happy, waste of money. The staff was very friendly though and made our stay as nice as they could.
