We loved everything about the property except, we heard the lady next door coughing all night and the street noise was a bit much. The staff was awesome!!!!

The room smelled bead and the TV didnt work. It took over 24 hours to have it fixed.

I do see where the work order was input on Saturday morning at 10:30am and completed that a few hours later. Great room and great service. Fresh towels daily. Free local transportation. Only negative was street noise.

The aloft team were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable, warmly greeted and felt at home. Little cafe does a nice job with breakfast and coffee. Bar and lounge area are fun.

This location is near a fire station and heavily traveled streets. Walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations. In general the hotel is quite noisy. The staff were friendly. Everyone we encountered was cheerful and seemed happy to be working there.

This was a pretty good hotel. Being really close to the main road, it was a bit noisy. The shower was hot, but the water pressure was meh. Bed was super comfortable. TV was great. Food options were just so so. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think it’s good for one person or a couple, but I wouldn’t say it was a good fit for a family.

We enjoyed our stay the property is nice and the staff is excellent. They had a nice cafe to get food and drinks at .my dog could stay free and they gave us a nice goodie bag for her . The only negative is it’s a bit noisy you can hear cars on the street but the staff said they were going to fix that with the remodel they are about to do but I’d stay here again I liked the entire vibe and experience of this hotel .

The facility is unquestionably wonderful. The staff needs training in payment questions. I was not given a receipt and the staff couldn’t retrieve one. They couldn’t answer any questions regarding my prior full payment through Expedia and why they needed another payment card. After requesting a receipt upon checkout, I finally figured it out myself. The check-in payment was for parking and incidentals. I wasn’t allowed to complete a sentence, before the cashier would cut me off mid sentence with her version of what I was trying to say. Frustration to the max.

I've stayed here many times and always have a positive experience. Mikayla at the front desk was super helpful and cheerful, but not to the point where it was too much after a long day of travel. The hotel is trendy, comfortable, and clean. Parking is easy. They allow pets, which I love to see when I am away from mine at home. Overall, I'd drive a little further to stay here over some other options in the area. Perfectly situated if you have business at the courthouse.

Great landing spot
I love that this is an adult focused hotel. I've never been woken up to babies crying or kids running through the halls yelling. The king beds are comfortable, the rooms are always clean, and it's great to sit around the fire with our dogs with a snack and a cocktail from the bar in the evening.

Staff was awesome! Bar staff was very nice. We had a death in the family and found out why sitting there and they comped our drinks!

Terrible service. Stay away from this location
When myself my wife and 14 month old daughter arrived. We were given our key cards, get to the room. They don’t work. Come back down to the desk where we are given a new set of keys. Get to the room, these dont work either. They then send someone to get us into our room. This person can’t get us in either. They then tell us to just hold on and hang out in the hallway. We stand there for 20 min and no one came to help. Finally after 45 min we were given a new room. Won’t be staying here ever again. I’m pretty patient but this was to much.

The hotel and staff are great, unfortunately almost impossible to sleep street facing room. The street is very, very noisy till around midnight and starting very early morning which provides very little quite time. We had no chance to compare room faces a parking lot, which we booked but from some reason we got assigned the room facing the street.
