They will only clean your room every 7 days, and will get bothered if you ask for service. No food and their coffee is the worst in the planet. Windows are thin and noisy, too close to the freeway. Never again!

I had to request another room because the first room smelt like cigarettes even though it was non-smoking room. The second room had no ventilation and also had a smell. The was extremely outdated and room was not stocked with the essential like toilet. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Overall good
Overall it was good. They put is in the only handicap room on the second floor. They could have saved that room for someone who actually needed it. Because of the type of room, there wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom, just a stand alone sink. There wasn’t a place to put your toiletries.

The keys would not work, even after 3 times of them setting. They would NOT move us to a different room. WE had not KEYS!!!! BEds where horrible. There was a heavy sunk smell or pot. They would not do anything for us.

Loved that there were smoking rooms available, The room was very clean had everything we needed full size fridge microwave coffee pot even a dishwasher cabinets had dishes and utensils as well Loved every bit of it! Bed was super soft slept great! The only thing we didnt like was all the construction but doing a fantastic job and we will be back

They are in the process of remodeling although we wouldnt have known. No noise issues or things like that. Hotel was clean, but definitely was time for some updates. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but they brought us a fan to help until it was running properly again. Easy access to interstate from hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

Disappointing
If you want quietness you won’t find it here. If you’re looking for a party hub, this will definitely be the spot. I stayed here 2 nights and both nights there was a party out in the back area (by the same people) with loud music. They had disco lights set up, 2 big speakers and a microphone. They started at 4pm and music lasted until I called and complained about it (10:30pm). It was definitely disappointing. I will never stay here again.

The pool was actually warm. They have free DVD to rent. I'm not sure every time needs a full kitchenette, but it's nice.

Nice stay. Room was okay, window was sitting on floor when we walked in had to put it back in frame which was little odd on the third floor. Pool area was nice heated granddaughter had had fun.

Interesting stay. Chaotic charges. Clean rooms.
The rooms are clean and nice. The Check in, well, they lost our reservation but then charged me for the room anyway. I’ll be speaking to the manager in the morning. The elevator quit, they only have one, it’s been interesting.

The front desk agent did ask if it would be under a different name your response was no, which made it difficult for us to find it. We had a storm Friday night which made it difficult for our guest and team. They are in the process of getting the elevator fixed.
