We were not able to use the pool or hot tub as they were closed for unknown reasons. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay and close to restaurants, shopping, and Platte River Recreation Area.

Breakfast was terrible. Coffee old and cold. Eggs sitting in yellow water. Waffle soggy despite the timer and cooking according. No silverware near food. Trash across the room from where food is made. Carpet filthy. Rooms very out dated.

I made my reservation with Americinn largely on the fact that there is a pool and whirlpool. We had very actice daily activities planned and were looking forward to the benefits of the pool and hot tub each day's end. Upon checking in we discovered the pool facility is completely out of commission. We immediately tried to book a room at another hotel with pool, but found nothing available due to a state high school event happening. So we stayed. Very disappointed. For a reservation request to be accepted without informing the buyer that the facility is not functio ing as advertised is very unethical.

Got to the front desk at 5:00. Rang the bell, waited for 15 min. No one came. I had to be at a mtg at 530. Had to change clothes in the lobby bathroom.

The facility was nice, staff was pleasant, quiet night. They put us in a room with quick access to stairs and outside door convenience to take our dogs outside.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tube was closed.

unprofessional staff, lousy breakfast. Other great properties in the same location wish we would have spent another $40 and stayed in one of those.

I asked for the price and they said 77$ which was cheaper than quoted by your firm but I was charged the higher price.

We have stayed at AmericInn in Laramie WY and loved it. The one in Kearney NE was very noisy, could hear someone coughing all night long, seemed like the walls were thin, and then the heater would kick on for 3 mins then stop. It was very clean and staff was friendly.

The stay was good. But I mainly wanted to stay here for the pool and hot tub. Both of which were closed. It didn't say that when I made my reservation. I was disappointed. I wanted a way to relax after my drive.

Disappointing
Not so nice. Sheets had rips and worn edges. Noisy. Lumpy bed. Lumpy pillows. Coffee ran out. They don’t like people with a dog.

Good stay. Pool area was closed as of 9/25 - doesn't look like it'll be open anytime soon so if you are planning a trip and want to swim or hot-tube, I'd call to see if it's open. Room was clean but bathroom had no vent so lot's of mildew in the ceiling. Breakfast was good enough. Nice walk to Cunninghams on the Lake (I'd recommend eating there).

Had my service dog with me moving from Virginia to Wyoming and knowing this was my last night before getting to my destination, I parked in the parking lot in front of the hotel. After gathering my things and my dog I walked in. I instantly knew from the older lady's crinkled up nose and face that my dog was going to be an issue. I stated my name to the younger gal that the older lady was training. The older lady told her that they was going to have to change my room because of my service dog. She also looked at me and told me that they didn't have any DOG rooms available. I was shocked that she would say that to me knowing I had a reservation. What am I supposed to do? It was hot outside, I was tired from driving and pulling a uhaul all day, and was literally on my fourth evening of my travels. I told the lady that I could tell by her face when I walked in that there was going to be a problem with my dog and that I thought that was very sad. I had mentioned that the three other places I stayed during my travels didn't make me feel like she just made me feel. I could see the horror on the younger gals face knowing that her trainer was saying this to me. They ended up keeping me in my original room but I felt so uneasy about the situation but was too exhausted to go somewhere else. I was frustrated that I had left my credit card at the front desk. The younger gal brought it to me and apologized for the older lady's treatment. I told her she shouldn't be the 1 apologizing.
