The outside facility was well maintained. The room floors were clean, but the room decor was not well maintained, rusted and bateened and very worn. The interior of the room was not very well maintained either.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I had three different rooms because the first two rooms. The TV did not work in so I had to be moved, but the staff promptly helped me with that in a nice friendly manner. It could’ve been better kept clean wise and I felt a little unsafe staying there myself with just me and my dog because of the people that were outside but other than that, it wasn’t a bad experience.

The first room was totally unacceptable with ac not even cool, heavy smoke smell, and a small roach. Second room was much better. Food at breakfast was good. Computers at check- in and checkout were down also.

Well maintained place

Motel is in good shape, breakfast included pancakes, bagels and boiled eggs. Great location fpr going to Anna Maria Island, Longboatkey and siesta Key if you don't want to pay the expensive beach hotels, rentals

The pictures that I saw did not describe the place very well the room was quiet but the ceiling above the shower and the bed had some bulges in it and some paint chipping off I think they were working on the rooms we saw a large dumpster outside. Would not stay there again

The price and location are great! The mattress is comfortable, but the pillows are old and falling apart and very small and the sheets are thin and worn. The breakfast is ok the olny hot food is pancake machine, no meat. I like bacon! Pool area nice, but the need to change the trash outside more often and powerwash the outside by the doors of the rooms. Just that would make a major difference.

Everyone seemed to be smoking weed. The smell was coming into our unit through the air unit. Late night check in girl was friendly and the pool/grounds guy was very friendly

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We requested an early check-in but did not receive a confirmation or denial. We took a chance and arrived early, only to find that check-in was not possible. The property was under some repairs, likely due to recent storms. The room was clean, although the towels were quite small and there was a slight mold issue at the bottom of the beds, possibly from water damage. The breakfast provided a sufficient variety for a quick start to the day, including bagels, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. The coffee was hot and flavorful.
