The front desk staff was rude- the unit was mediocre, in need of refresh- coffee maker in unit didnt work- hot tub was luke warm and really foamy- overall a 5/10

This hotel was clean and the room was spacious. One of the beds only had a thin blanket on it and I went to the front desk to ask for a thicker “comforter”, was given a “complete set of bedding” only to get back to my room with a set of sheets and another very thin blanket. I also requested an additional pillow and was told they did not have any. Both of the beds were slanted and horribly uncomfortable. Housekeeping knocked and proceeded to come in our room at 8:30 am, when check out was not until 12:00 pm. I told the front desk when checking out and was told I should have had my do not disturb sign on my door. I also was told that none of the housekeepers spoke English and that is why that proceeded to enter our room after they were told we were not checking out for several more hours. We were rather disappointed in this hotel, especially for a Hyatt and for the price. A hotel with crappy beds and no actual comforters (just an extremely thin blanket) is an unpleasant stay.

We were very happy with this property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offerings were great. Pool and hot tube were very nice. Hotel is conveniently located. We will stay at this property in the future.

Professional courteous staff. It’s a Hyatt! Modern 21st century amenities. Extremely clean well maintained hotel and a great bang for your buck.

We stayed here about 12 years ago and came back because it was really nice. Time has taken a bit of a toll. We were given dirty towels with holes and the shower took about 20 minutes to heat up. When reported to the staff they said they would send maintenance but never did. The pool didn’t feel too clean either. We will likely loo for a different place to stay next time.

Front desk person was very helpful and answered all my questions. (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) The room could have been cleaner. The towels were a little stiff and had hairs in them. I know it's difficult to get hair off of anything being a person with long hair who sheds, but it felt a bit dirty. The place has had some wear and tear but it's not bad for the overall value. The noise level is a bit much,but that's any hotel & easily fixed when you crank up the AC unit to drown it out. Slept like a baby and enjoyed being able to get up on my own schedule to go down to the gym.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Santa Fe and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite prepaying and making a reservation well in advance, upon arrival, I was given a single bed instead of the two beds I had explicitly requested. Even though I checked in late, the lack of accommodation was frustrating. What compounded the issue was the manager’s response, which lacked any apology or remorse. Such experiences can really impact a guest’s perception of a hotel’s customer service. I had to endure a night in a single bed before being able to switch to a room with two beds the next day. Having to pack and unpack my belongings for something that should have been fulfilled upon check-in was a hassle and added unnecessary stress to my trip, especially as I was travelling with family.

The surrounding area was quiet and peacful even though its in the city. Very spacious parking for larger vehicles like small campers.

This property has thin doors and you can hear outside noises. They were doing repaira so construction in areas. Our toiletade noise all night and I could not sleep qell as the pillows were lacking. The heater / a/c always made noise. It could have been a better stay. Atleast the front staff had a frwe wine cork opener and thw breakfast was good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure our needs were met. The shuttle service was a great amenity! Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and offered a variety of options.

The water was extremely hard and had a weird smell to it. The pool bathrooms had severe mold on the ceiling and stunk. House keeping will just barge into your room no warning whatsoever. The complementary breakfast was cold and the potato’s were old and extremely dry

Not terrible, not great
The location is good and near grocery stores and fast food. Items from a previous occupant were left in our room. The cleaning people left their partially drank cup of coffee behind. We had to call twice to get them up replenish the shower gel, when was empty when we arrived. The heating worked well but was very loud. Our kids went for a swim one morning, as did a couple of other families. There were no towels at the pool. Hotels.com says it's "pet friendly", but doesn't mention there's a $75 fee. It was an unpleasant surprise when we arrived. I did eventually find that information on the hotel's website in small print. Shame on me for not checking; I'm more warning others than complaining. The breakfast is okay. We enjoyed the yogurt and berry compote. The scrambled eggs were nearly inedible, however.

Some rooms were under renovation during our stay. While the property did their best to keep things clean and orderly there was still quite a bit of dust During the stay, the front desk staff was not helpful. (Aside from one woman who worked in the mornings) There was an issue with the fire alarms going off for a short time in the middle of the night. The phones in the rooms don’t connect to the front desk. Their answer when called from another phone ? “I can’t leave the front desk to come see if there is an issue” We would not stay here again.

The hotel, although under construction, was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. One negative- the sink had cloudy water with a rotten egg smell. The shower water was normal though. I’m assuming it was due to the construction.

Convenient and comfortable
Hotel is in an excellent location…it is actually connected to the British/American hospital and about a 15 minute downhill walk from a huge mall. We had what turned out to be a suite and was equipped with a minimum of utensils.

Not so pet friendly
It was listed as dog friendly, no mention of the $75 pet fee when I booked. When we checked in we were told we couldn't leave dog for more than 30 minutes, which made it hard to go to dinner. Also major construction going on at hotel. Disappointed.
