Convenient, clean place to stay overnight. Breakfast bar had lots of good options. Fitness center was easy to use, although the elliptical didn't work well.

Zeer aan te raden. Zowel qua ontvangst als verblijf zeer aangenaam, zowel de kamer, netjes en schoon, als het warme ontbijtbuffet. Zwembad niet gebruikt maar zag er goed uit. Een positief maar schril contrast met de vestiging in Amarillo I-40. Dat was hierbij vergeleken een afknapper.

The front desk person was excellent. We travel with a small dog and also with some physical limitations. Our needs where accommodated perfectly. Pet fee is $15. Fair. Breakfast was the fabulous but we may have been there at the same time as a special event so lots of choice. All delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was great. Room was good. Breakfast was great and the server was awesome. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the maid service. We were there 5 days and asked for service once to get more towels and trash emptied. Maid did NOT clean room. She only put towels in bathroom and emptied cans. She did not even put trash bags in the cans. She didn’t make the beds, and actually had an attitude when I politely asked her for towels in the room. Staff at the front desk were sort of rude, except for the male worker who was wonderful. The older hispanic lady was rude twice. I had to wait for her the morning of checkout because she was over getting her breakfast. Then she was not polite at all. Acted like I inconvenced her.

In room amenities, such as the sink bed and countertops were nice. The toilet was very bad and had some sort of partial clog that made things difficult. The carpet and hallways outside of the room were dirty and very worn out. Very thin walls between rooms. disappointing after the reviews rated this at 8.4. That was not remotely close as it should be more like a five or six.

There were chip crumbles scattered all over the carpet. Obviously they skipped the vacuum. There were two used towels hanging on the bathroom door hooks. The smaller hand/face towels smelled bad making me think they may have left us the previous visitors' used towels especially after seeing the large towels hanging on the hooks. The a/c had blown black residue onto the bed. The window was not secured having signs of break in. There was a water leak coming from the adjacent room behind the toilet floor. The sink drain had a horrible odor when turning on the faucet. The room had an awkward aged smell with the a/c off as we entered. Did not like having to walk outside twice to continue into the next hallways. Units were separated. Odd. At least they sent someone to vacuum the carpet & the breakfast was great giving it the barely earned 3rd star. For a "hotel" category it's actually a motel. To make it harder on themselves they literally said they don't book rooms to locals & they do not prefer the young loud kids. Doubt I'll be returning.

My stay to and from my destination was a great experience. The location was perfect, rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful when a tub water issue occurred. When the tub backed up, I was immediately offered another room where to shower. I will certainly stay at the location in future and in locations. Thank you, Happy and very satisfied customer

Great spot to stop
Very comfortable stop on our roadtrip home. Love that they sell a huge variety of snacks, ice cream, and microwave dinners. Good bed. Solid breakfast!

The gentlemen at the front desk was very kind & helpful, the front desk area looked clean enough. Looked like a decent place to stay especially for the price, however we were sorely mistaken. As soon as we saw the room we knew we had made a mistake in deciding to stay here. The bed comforter was stained, there was dog fur on the white pillows, the floor was dusty and had popcorn kernels throughout the room. The mirror in the bathroom was broken, there was hair and stains on the toilet, hair in the shower, the towels had mascara and eyelashes stuck to one of them and another had some sort of red stain as well. The mini fridge reeked. Absolutely no pride in the cleanliness or presentation of their hotel rooms. Would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone.
