역사적인 Bristol 위치한 훌륭한 호텔!
기차역에서 도보로 이동 가능하고 도심과의 접근성도 편안함. 리셉션의 staff들은 친절하였고, 룸 상태도 양호하였음. 조식은 1층 식당에서 영국식으로 준비되었고 음식의 종류는 다양하지 않았으나, 깔끔하고 맛도 양호했음. 다만, 도로변에 호텔 위치표시가 없어 기차역에서 캐리어를 끌고 찾아갈 경우 초행길이면 다소 어려움이 있을 수 있음.

Neat and tidy hotel
Because it was business trip, I cannot look around the area of surroundings. But the service was good, and I was happy to eat free & delicious cookie. The room was tidy, one thing I felt inconvenience was poor soundproofing. I can hear most of sound from next room. Other than that, this is good hotel to visit.

Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was very hot despite the air conditioning and the staff quickly made some adjustments. Bathroom tub was chipped and the water would suddenly run hot or cold but this was manageable.

Hotel was very easy to get to , close to temple meads train station . Also walkable to the city centre which was very convenient , staff were very friendly and helpful .

When I saw my work event was being hosted at a Hilton, I had certain expectations of a nice, clean, modern hotel. However, this particular Hilton did not meet those expectations. The main issues were trays from other people's room service being left out in the corridor for extended periods of time, which just looked messy, spelling mistakes on posters (e.g. in the lift regarding the restaurant), and being bothered by staff early morning. On the latter point, this happened twice - the first time was due to reception not linking two bookings properly (despite telling me it was fine) and confused cleaning staff arriving to change over the room (made more difficult by the limited English skills of the cleaners), and the second time, it was 08:15 on the day of checkout (the checkout time is 12 noon) and a woman was going round knocking on doors to check occupancy. I really didn't appreciate an early morning wakeup for no good reason when I was having a rare lie in. Overall, it's fine but nothing to write home about.

Overall good but housekeeping just walked in at 10
Overall good. Had housekeeping walk into my room at 10am in the morning to clean when check out ain’t until 12. Wasn’t happy about that.

Great hotel for exploring the city
Great staff, really friendly & couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast with excellent choice. Brilliant location for getting around Bristol. We met friends there and my only negative is that the bar area is cold & the furnishing doesn't help as it is drab. Twice we headed for the bar & left after 1 drink & went elsewhere as it was so chilly in there.

Remarkably average
We ended up at the DoubleTree due to a right fiasco at the Bristol Mercure around the corner. As it's a Hilton hotel, we were expecting great things. However, it was nothing more than an expensive Premier Inn. The room was virtually identical to a Premier Inn. My wife went for a shower and there was no hot water - neither in the shower nor the bathroom sink. We spoke with reception and they moved us to the room next door and as a gesture of good will, cancelled our parking fees. The shower wasn't to our taste - we don't like rainfall showers. There was a normal shower head on a flexi-hose, but only a fixed fitting that aimed the water just above your bellybutton. On a positive note, the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Overall, a remarkably average hotel at a premium price...

Good location, great breakfast, pricey parking
Hotel was well located for Bristol city centre and had good amenities. The breakfast was delicious and good value for money. The parking is a little expensive and it would be nice if they offered a discount for guests. Would stay here again

Disappointing! Room 524 Accessibility Room, lacked appropriate lighting as only one side light in addition to bedside lights; no desk lighting making that area of the room dark. TV - the manner in which it was positioned meant you had a limited view. Bathroom - No hot water in the sink! (Shower was fine though) Having arrived at 21:30 and arrived i the bar at 21:55 I was made to feel like 'hurry up and order' the bar staff member kept looking at her watch! Average Staff.
