룸 컨디션은 좋지만 서비스는 진짜 별로
룸 컨디션은 좋았지만 서비스가 너무 별로고 조식 공간이 너무 별로였네요.. 미리 페이 완료했는데 체크아웃 시 숙박료를 내라고 하길래 실랑이 벌이고 트레이니에게 데스크를 맡겨놓고 헤매고 있는데도 아무도 안도와주더라고요. 힐튼 브랜드에 너무 안맞는 서비스가 좀 아쉽네요.

첫날 시스템상의 문제인지 호텔측 실수로 불편을 겪었으나 그 이후 대처 서비스가 괜찮았습니다. 조식도 먹을만 했어요. 그리고 주변에 먹을곳 마트가 많고 위치가 좋아요

I spent two nights during a recent business trip and it was a terrible experience. I was put into a room with no heat (heating unit broken). Asked to move to a different room and I was told the hotel is fully booked, even though I didn't unpack and checked in at 3pm. Staff seemed like they just want to say no, and move on with it. Maintenance came to try to fix and promised that heat would work again after 20 mins. Well it didn't, at least during my stay there. Outside temperature was 25 F and inside felt like 50 even with 2 portable heaters. Breakfast starts at 7am, simply not early enough if you are in London for business. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Bed was clean and comfortable but decor is outdated.

My room wasn’t clean. I accidentally booked service access room. I requested for change but reception was very rude and didn’t help me at all even if they have so many vacant rooms.

WOULD'NT BOTHER
They tried to charge me three time in total. I paid before my arrival then they tried to make me pay there. Once i had left the hotel and was on my way home they charged my account AGAIN!

Razoável, pois o primeiro quarto tinha um barulho terrível do aquecimento. Solicitei a troca, mas foi pior, pois o barulho permaneceu e a vista do quarto foi pessima - olhando para o interior do hotel com jardim mal cuidado!!! À diária foi caríssima para um hotel distante do centro em Angel. A cama na reserva era para ser uma king e, nos colocaram em uma queen pequena. Perguntei na recepção e falaram que aqui em Londres a cama king era esse tamanho mesmo. Desisti e estou trocando para um flat em Chelsea.

A sub-par stay with one saving grace
Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit rundown now. It is still clean, but needs better maintenance with paint jobs and attention to aesthetics. During my 3 nights there in December, the heat did not seem to work and the boiler broke down for a few hours. This meant a freezing show on a day that had a 40 degrees temperature. The best feature was the breakfast served. It was a very high quality breakfast that was included in my stay. It almost makes me want to go back to the hotel, but they desperately need to pay attention to maintenance.

Personalet var hovedsageligt velkommende, hjælpsomme og engagerede, med enkelte undtagelser. Rengøringen så ikke ud til at være alt for god, bla. i restauranten. Virker generelt lidt gammelt, nedslidt og ikke vel vedligeholdt. Trænger til en "makeover".

Old dirty carpets in rooms and no slippers, walking on bare foot is very disgusting. I will not stay there again for that reason. They should get rid of the carpets or provide slippers.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful, the hotel was generally clean, but there was an unpleasant smell of drains in the bathroom - it hit you as you went into the room. The hotel is basically clean but shabby in some areas - in need of some renovation I would say. Great location, great breakfast! Perfect for an overnighter when visiting London.

Generally comfortable except blocked shower drain
Generally comfortable hotel. Broadly what you expect from Hilton but the blocked shower drain, as well as some mouldy mastic, was unacceptable. The breakfast buffet is not one Hilton’s best, unless perhaps you’re into the retro-greasy-spoon cooked English breakfast direction.
